Had a great experience purchasing a certified, pre-owned 2021 BMW X3 xDrive 30e at Valencia BMW and would definitely recommend visiting this dealership if you're in the market!
Edwin Lopez handled the sale and trade-in and provided a seamless, positive sales experience. He was very responsive, thorough, personable, no bullshit and was not pushy at all, which I appreciated as a buyer. I initially reached out to get out the door pricing and he provided a great deal upfront. Had a Carmax appraisal for my 2014 Audi Q5 and there were no issues with matching and using that value towards the purchase of the X3. Edwin even came in on his day off specifically to handle my purchase through the final signing.
Couldn't have asked for a better experience and will be recommending friends and family in the market to visit Edwin Lopez. Great sales experience and a great dude!

Exceptional service team! From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, to my experience with the service team (Bill was my advisor) I was well taken care of. My car was ready when I needed it, with a charge, a wash and I had a loaner to get things done while my car was serviced. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

I have a 2018 BMW 330e with 46k miles. This was a maintenance service with oil change, spark plugs and interior micro filter change! Service advisor was good and suggested the $250, 3 oil change service package plan which would save me around $15 per visit. I liked that the mechanic sending a video of my car being services with him draining the oil and showing me the parts that will be replaced! I also had a pickup from my home to the dealer. I have been going to BMW Valencia for more then 20yrs and had great service!

My experience was mixed
1. The team at the podium outside took about 20 seconds for me standing in front of them to acknowledge me
2. I was asked what i needed and if I had an appointment, I said oil change and no appointment, and wondered if thete were any loaners. I was told that they may not be able to fit me in, there are no loaners, and I can do a night drop off (key in envelope).
3. Confused by their response, I went to the cashier and was provided a service specialist, (Alex, he was great ) who took my car in for service and provided a shuttle back home.
4. Same day, Alex reported the car needed new breaks and a tire. I approved the work
5. Next day, Alex stated the work was completed and would request a shuttle for me back. He confirmed my address and phone number. No one came or called.
6. Next day, no one came or called the next day. My mom took me to get my car.
So,
A. Outside Podium guys, not great
B. Alex, service specialist, great
C. Shuttle, terrible. Though I don't know if Alex forget to put me on the list or the shuttle forgot to pick me up.

I'm from out of town, but was staying nearby for a few days. I've had the idea of a manual transmission sports car in my mind for a while, and BMW leads the pack with what they offer. The website showed a few options in stock, so I submitted an inquiry in the morning regarding an M2.
I was quickly contacted, and set up an appointment for the afternoon. Now, here is where things could have really gone south: when I showed up, the salesperson I had been texting all morning, quickly said hi and disappeared. He clearly hadn't given two thoughts to what I had inquired about, and in fact it turned out the website was wrong and the M2 was not available! I was rather annoyed at that point.
However, Greg, the sales manager, quickly stepped in and started chatting with me. He linked me up with Alex, who was quite friendly and passionate about the cars. And while they didn't have the M2 available, they did have a manual transmission M4, which they quickly brought around for me to see.
Long story short, I drove it, loved it, and bought it. The rest of the process was very smooth, and in the end, I would call my overall experience 5 stars.
As a side note, back home our BMW dealership is infamous for their unwelcoming attitude. Greg and Alex broke that mold, and were really great to work with. Although Valencia is far from home, I'd gladly consider travelling down again in the future to work with them again.

I recently went to Valencia BMW to have my i3 serviced for reprogramming of the software/update. The service was 5 star and they even set me up with an oil change for the REX which was needed. The team at Valencia BMW is super friendly and very professional. Thanks again for the fantastic service experience Bob :)

Elvis was the best part of this experience. He provided a safe and nice shuttle ride while my car is being serviced. The shuttle service made it really convenience as I work close by this location. It also nice to receive a washed and vacuumed vehicle after service.

Our most recent experience with the folks at Valencia BMW was the purchase of our previously leased 330i - we have been very happy with the car and aren't thrilled with the new car prices. We weren't as mobile as we usually are in that surgery had made travel much more of an ordeal. So Gene arranged to have everything done on line and when it came to signing the final papers, Eric was sent out and the transaction took less then 40 minutes. Wonderful service and we really appreciated the accomodation.
