Last Time Me , My Family and my Employees Go to this Car Wash, went Saturday 8/3/24 Around 4pm to clean my personal vehicle Honda CRV SUV and the employee that work at the end of the tunnel was on his cellphone for over 10 minutes
The Supervisor is was a joke, can’t even talk English and gave the ok to the employee to continue talking on his cellphone as much as he want even that 3 costumers complaint about that.

Your hours say you’re open until 7pm, but when I drove by at 6:10pm the car wash was closed. Please update your hours.

Best hand car wash in SCV! I was really impressed with how clean and spotless my car was after the service in a timely manner. I usually have to wipe here and there after visiting different locations but at the Auto Spa I was completely satisfied and enjoyed driving away my sparkling vehicle. Thanks to David for working so hard on it, well done! ?

Shame on you as a business owner to answer like that
You’re so cheap low class person you should go and learn how to talk to people doing business for you to keep a roof you on top of your head
You also should to go back to your mom so she can give you some discipline

Not worth the money and the customer service is horrible, as you can see here in the review replies. Needs new management/owner.
It is a real pity, I had been coming here over 25 years and while the best thing about this car wash was always lunch at Kisho's next door, this place is now so bad I'll never go again.

Unbelievable! $60 for a car wash and spray wax and they don't wipe down the seats or clean the rims (just the tires). What!? Chrome tailpipe still dirty and trunk still dirty even after I specifically asked the guy to make sure they vacuum and wipe down the debris. So simple but it was ignored. I don't know what to say...t's just sad.

Even though I still don't have a vehicle again yet, I sometimes come here on occasion and am always treated as if I am a human being ,instead of worth less than nothing ....so today when I needed to put air in my bike tire, the attendant was polite enough to turn on the air compressor even though I did not make a purchase today (usually I try to make a purchase ) so I am giving the auto spa a solid five star rating..

I have been bringing my Rav4 to this car wash for the 10 years I have had it and have been very happy. Yesterday I brought the same car and they decided to charge me an extra $3 for a SUV? When I questioned (and I am saying questioned not got mad) the cashier because I hadn't noticed until I paid. One of the women from behind speaks up and says "if you have a problem go talk to the manager, she is just a cashier". I said "that's ok there will just be less tip" because I was paying cash and only had $32. I felt sorry for the guys doing the work but all I had was $4. Not sure what is going on here but it's not the same Auto Spa that I have know for 10 years. Very sad!

Took my car there recently. Got in the wash/gas line but neither of the pumps were working. No biggie. Next, I saw that the cheapest wash was now $27. I asked the guy twice, "Is that the least expensive car wash?" No response. So I asked him again pointing to the $27 sign. He looked up at all 4 signs and said yes. Inside while paying, I mentioned to the clerk that the prices had risen quite a lot for just a car wash. She said, "There is one for $23 if you do not need ArmorAll or wax." Pretty Sneaky. Two days later I opened the hatchback and saw they didn't vacuum the carpet back there. Maybe rear vacuuming is not included in the $27 wash.
