I went in for the smog inspection. THe office and lounge is clean and comforatable. The shop appears to be clean and organized. The staff is friendly and punctual.

Sam and his team are the only mechanics I trust in the area. I brought my vehicle in this morning with a vacuum leak. My work schedule has been too demanding to check things out myself. He could have easily charged me a diagnostic fee. A less reputable mechanic would probably charge a diagnostic fee and "extras" to fix the issue. I would never have known the difference. Instead, Sam listened to me describe the issue, checked out under the hood of my car, found the problem, fixed it in under five minutes, fist bumped me and sent me on my way a happy customer. I can't stress his professionalism and customer service. It keeps me coming back. Thank you!

I needed a tune up on my Mercedes SUV. I was given an appointment on the spot. Within a few hours I was given a call letting me know what I needed and the cost. The staff was courteous, caring and professional. They always done our smog inspection, now we will continue to use them for our car maintenance too.

My family has taken several of our vehicles to Valencia Auto Performance over the years. Sam is an awesome mechanic - honest, efficient, friendly, and he always does a thorough job. I know that if I, or any of my children or wife, go there with an auto problem we will get the best treatment at a reasonable rate. Best service in Santa Clarita - not to mention they do smog checks!

I was trying to get a smog check and got there at 5:07pm. Then I found out that I did not bring my wallet. So I went in just to ask if the morning will be busy. Sam was there and said he could do the smog check now. So, I repeated that I forgot to bring my wallet. To my surprise, he said, with a very friendly smile, he could do the smog check and then I could just pay tomorrow; and I would not have to worry about the wait the next morning. I was really impressed by his personable customer services as well as the trust he has in others. Although I am a regular customer and always have good experience there, today's experience was just exceptional.

Quick and efficient service. I dropped in at 4:30pm and was out at 5 on the dot for a quick smog check. Nice waiting/seating area to chill.
They got a great Kobe poster on the wall, much respect. RIP King.

Another A+ smog certificate obtained on the last day before giving extra $$$$ to California! always so clean, friendly, and not too long of a wait. They are ordering my windshield wipers and will give me a ring tomorrow when they are in. sure I could have gone somewhere else but why? Great local business Deb

I've gone here for over 15 years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, and they never try to sell me on services I don't need. Their prices are super reasonable and they're a household name in Santa Clarita. I've tried other places and have been ripped off. They never steer me wrong here. Highly, highly recommend.
