Priority Mail Express 1-Day is a BIG JOKE!!!...I paid over $30 for an overnight simple delivery to Eugene Oregon...I gave my small package to the clerk on Wednesday May 1st at 10 am....now Sunday evening...no arrival...I'm furious!!

Absolutely irate that they can’t answer the phone so after calling all day over and over while I’m at work I now have to drive all the way over there after work just to have them flag a package for me. Man are they going to wish they simply answered the phone. Unbelievably terrible service! If you can’t do your job you shouldn’t have one!

Doesn't open until ten and they refuse to put out the shipping boxes for priority mail so you can use the kiosk for they know they are replaceable by a machine so they want to make sure we can't use that machine. They are just jackasses

On Monday money at 10 am I paid $30 for overnight shipping. On Thursday my package had not arrived to the Pasadena location.

It's a small office with with three windows. Most of the time two are open. Exception would be during holidays. Then I would see all three operating. There is a self serve kiosk which is available. Employees are friendly and professional.

Awful post office. Go to the one in Valencia. The main hub. This is a neglected one they need to reinvest in. When I went there during customer service hours, nonexistent service. And don't bother coming here after hours. 90% of the time the self serve kiosk is out of order (supposedly) and you can't even drop off a prepaid envelope/package because the drop box is locked.Also, just a side note. This place doesn't personally deliver mail as i seen some claim. Mail comes from the main hub. This is basically just a sub-branch where you ship stuff out. If you have a complaint about mail delivery, contact the main hub in Valencia. Or go there.

I went in in a panic with 4 minutes on Christmas Eve to mail an eBay sale that was already late. The young lady, who I’m sure was eager to close and go home for the holiday, gave no sign of impatience, and helped me package and send my items. She truly went above and beyond in a situation that was not pleasant for me. I have always preferred this post office. Now I love it!
