I've been here multiple times and I never had any issues. I feel like the people who had a bad experience, and correctly amended are leaving reviews and the ones who are having a good experience are not reviewing at all.I mailed packages to other countries, cities, states, and I have had no problems. I never seen anyone argue or yell. Sometimes, the lines are long but they always had multiple windows open.

Always an issue with these post offices. My Priority package that was scheduled for delivery today is still sitting in Santa Clarita with no tracking updates. Just sitting there. Unreal!

Jammed mail box key... No way to call or email USPS to inform them so my package is stuck forever? Please just get rid of and allow the USPS and the DMV to fail/bust. Most inefficient businesses on the face of the planet. Zero innovation cause they aren't allowed to fail and no one is held accountable for their failures aside from the US tax payer.

I mailed an envelope to my sign registered with a return signature, however the envelope was delivered like a regular mail and when I asked to talk to a supervisor I faced a very rude person, she told me to contact Denver's post office! Why did I pay for extra service? In addition, the tracking number never showed any movement, meaning that this location didn't do their job. This was my second bad experience with this location.

There’s an employee that works at this locations front desk named Daniel. He honestly needs to go! He has no business in a customer service field. He is extremely rude for no reason. I’m not the first person to complain about him & I won’t be the last. 2 stars because on the contrary, everyone else was nice including the front door helpers/greeters. Daniel’s energy just doesn’t match everyone else’s.

I like how there is always a gentleman that stands near the entrance greeting and trying to see if anyone has questions. It makes the line faster and you get assitance right away. About two months ago I had to stop there several times and was always greeted by this gentleman. Some attendants were kind with a smile and gladly helped me with my non-machinable mail.

Everyone who works at this post office is super kind. Mario is always helpful, and the people working at the counter are always polite and patient. I’ve only had good experiences here.

idk why this post office has so many bad reviews. i’ve used this place as my primary mailing center for online selling and it’s been a great experience every time. sometimes lines are long but that’s part of life

My packages always get lost when it reaches this facility. On top of that, whenever I attempt to call them to figure out what's happening they NEVER answer! The only way to contact anyone is going in person, if you're okay waiting in a very long, slow line.

MY 8 year old daughter left her earring when she came over to visit me from Arizona, so I mailed her the earring first class from Littlerock, CA when my wife got the mail the earring was not in the envelope and it was a tear in the envelope. I went on the USPS website and filled a missing item form no one got back to me yet I thing someone took it and my daughter is very upset because it was her first earring and she saved her money to pay for it. Very disappointed

They always ask me if I need help and if I am packing up a flat rate box they give me tape and take it to the desk for me.
