I recommend Silvia.B she is very nice and helpful to me because I potted my item with a wrong envelope and she potted it with a right envelope thanks Silvia.B L recommended her again

What a terrible and disheartening experience.
I received an alert that said "No Such Number" and my item was immediately returned to sender. There was never additional attempts to try to deliver again and when I spoke with the rep, they confirmed my shipping address was 100% correct and maybe the label was damaged.
Tried calling them and no one ever answers the phone as well. In all seriousness, why even have an office and employees if there is no one available to help?
As a government office they should be ashamed of their shady practices.

By far the worst post office I've experienced in any city I've ever lived. The staff who work here are SO incredibly rude, unhelpful for no reason at all. It's a shame to call this office a "service" to our community.

I never write bad reviews and I have been a frequent customer at this USPS location, however, this might be the last I come to this one. Every time I come here, I spent lots of time and they are extremely slow, unprofessional and rude, but this is due to the poor management in this store.
SILVIA "the worker" was really UNPROFESSIONAL and rude as always. Everyone in the line was shocked about her attitude towards me, even when I kept repiting I didn not want to argue.
She also gave me lot of attitude after they lost a $2000 package almost 3 years ago. I asked her for a receipt as she should give me one after paying shipping but she did not and she did not even explain me why. Thanks God I took a picture of the box. While coordinating her team, she was, once again, rude and disrespectful with me and other customers that were in line.
You just need to see the extremely poor rate this location has compared to other USPS ones in the same city. I never had such a bad experience at USPS until I met this one, only in this location. I won´t come here anymore, always a bad experience. This location is definitively losing a lot of money with Silvia's "management".

The postman here in Canyon Club Apartment is ttoo lazy to come to the apartment door, he left a pink slip and put that out but the truth is I’m in the apartment waiting for my package, if you can’t do your job please quit. Very disappointed ☹️ The Worst lazy postman I ever encountered. Even the article number in the pink slip is not working ???

I've been here multiple times and I never had any issues. I feel like the people who had a bad experience, and correctly amended are leaving reviews and the ones who are having a good experience are not reviewing at all.I mailed packages to other countries, cities, states, and I have had no problems. I never seen anyone argue or yell. Sometimes, the lines are long but they always had multiple windows open.

Always an issue with these post offices. My Priority package that was scheduled for delivery today is still sitting in Santa Clarita with no tracking updates. Just sitting there. Unreal!

Jammed mail box key... No way to call or email USPS to inform them so my package is stuck forever? Please just get rid of and allow the USPS and the DMV to fail/bust. Most inefficient businesses on the face of the planet. Zero innovation cause they aren't allowed to fail and no one is held accountable for their failures aside from the US tax payer.

I mailed an envelope to my sign registered with a return signature, however the envelope was delivered like a regular mail and when I asked to talk to a supervisor I faced a very rude person, she told me to contact Denver's post office! Why did I pay for extra service? In addition, the tracking number never showed any movement, meaning that this location didn't do their job. This was my second bad experience with this location.
