Not happy with US Bank on their Business Loan process. I have paid off few business loans here and now they are giving hard time for next one which is non sense. Not sure where they are getting their underwriters from. I love working with their staff but the branch manager had nothing to long time customer on this loan

Best bank ever. The manager and staff are top notch professionals. The have been very helpful and accomodating every time I've visited the Canyon Country branch. I highly recommend this bank

Honestly US Bank. With all due respect I am thinking of banking somewhere else now strictly due to your ATM issues. Your staff inside is very pleasant however I use the ATM for convenience. 5 out of 10 times the deposit functions are unavailable and when I go inside to make the deposit there's three or four people in line with only one teller on hand. Love you guys to death but I'm starting to get very frustrated with your ATM issue. Use some of the money that the bank makes and either put in a new ATM or fix the one you have now because it's not fair for us who use the ATM as our banking method.

Super helpful staff and a super great bank. I love working with US bank, they are always so great to work with, and I never have a problem with them. This specific bank was great too. First off, you feel safe here, this bank is like a fortress. So, I know my m i'l ney is safe. They helped through a weird issue and got us out efficiently with a big problem. They got us out, and we still had time to grab lunch before my wife had to be at class again. How could I possibly complain?

Why is the ATM always broken????? I dont get it. In the past week it's been down a few times. You are a bank... cant you afford getting a new ATM. Come on US bank. I love you guys but as a member who uses the ATM for most transactions it's starting to frustrate me. I would have given 5 stars but the 3 stars is ONLY because of the ATM issue.

My first time experience was great...I was assisted by Sally she was thorough, kind, and professional. My preference for small banks are they look out for one another she has, and returned a week later she again offered above and beyond. It pays to keep business close to your home with merchants This bank rates 5 stars Angela

This branch, no better , then the one on Newhall Ranch. If the managers would be smart, they would of take good care of new clients, who are willing to invest potentially to your business, but no, this branch as well only looking for their won benefits , without even trying to be nice first. Would not recommend this one. This branch surely won't be interested in you as a new client, for luck of professionalism.

US bank really has the best customer service. Any time I have ever called or stopped in, every service rep has alway been happy to help and have looked for solutions to solve any issues I might have, consistent through branches (I also use the Stevenson Ranch and Northridge locations). Thank you for always being willing to help!

All us bank locations I have Had a great experience. The bankers are professional, down to earth and courteous. I has opened my account here around 5 years now and never looked back ever since. I just changed my last name and can't believe this bank has helped me start again from.a bad credit. Highly recommend. I got th credit card too. This is my lucky bank!

We unfortunately have this bank as our mortgage lender. We made a claim with our home owners insurance and needed US Bank to endorse the check so we could cash it. We were sent to the branch in Valencia first to get the check endorsed. Immediately we were told they don't do endorsements there. But upon further insistence, the teller called HQ and turns out that they do...kind of. It's a process of paperwork that needs to be filled out and a few days later you are mailed your endorsement. Unfortunately, the branch mgr wasn't going to be available at that branch for a few weeks. So, the teller sent us to the Sierra Hwy branch. We went there, and got the same run around. Only this time, the "senior whatever teller" wouldn't even hear me out. Just kept repeating that they don't do them, despite my attempts to explain of all that has happened thus far. No effort to call HQ and a condescending "sorry, the manager won't be in until mondaaaaaay." So incredibly frustrating. This bank has been utterly useless.
