They are absolutely AWEFUL. My daughter had rsv symptoms and PA Kadi as well as another PA both refused to test her for anything. Absolutely aweful providers. Ended up taking her to Exer and they ran all tests and confirmed RSV. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN. TO KAISER URGENT CARE. LAZY PROVIDERS. I recommend exer urgent care. They also take Kaiser HMO so go there instead.

They are awful, my husband was seen by them 3 times for persistent fever, and they kept saying it was viral, and it would get better. Thn they told him oh you have a sinus infection, and prescribed medication without blood work.Well we’ll 5 days later, and 3 visit to urgent care later 3rd doctor decided to do blood tests and my husband was send to the hospital immediately turned out he has a liver abscess and was almost septic. The Dr here are so incompetent. If a patientComes in with just a president fever, wouldn’t you think to run blood work. He had a 104 fever.

I've been bringing my parents to this building since it opened. Much better service here than other kaiser urgent cares. The wait isn't bad at all, unless it's really busy, and the attention my mother got from the nurse and PA was outstanding. Thank you for the great service!!

Life savers, literally. Thank you all for doing what matters most in life, taking care of our health when we are unable. Thank you Dr. Mary Macalalad, Dr. Carrie Ann Algozine, all the nurses and check in staff. You are more appreciated than you think.

Went last week to test for covid no body was there they said go to Panorama or lancaster. Today Friday I went 12:25 again no body is there when I asked they said it’s lunch break come back 01:30. Don’t know why they make it big deal to get covid test there huge building and only one person does this job if you the person not available good luck go to panorama. It will be easier if you post what time they are available since covid test is different system has nothing with the urgent care time.

My second review for Kaiser. I don't know why the total rating is only 3.7. Also, people's complaints about the wait? It is Urgent Care!!! Lot's of people are sick. This is actually normal to wait to see a doctor. The Urgent care doctors, including the head of Urgent Care are amazing.Dr. Rosado & Dr.Parihk are especially good. They address your health concerns, immediately and get to the core of the problem. I highly recommend this Urgent Care.

Took my son with 102 Degree fever and waited for an hour and was told that it might take another hour or longer. Totally unacceptable, so I asked for a refund and left. Kaiser just like some Airlines are selling more insurance policies that they can handle.I think Kaiser is a perfect health care provider for Healthy people.

Are you kidding me? Horrible. How are you going to take my copay THEN tell me it's a 3-hour wait to see a dr? Do understand that it's a pandemic? Flu season? Rsv is going around? Can you understand that you are one of the ONLY urgent cares in the entire valley. Incredibly bad healthcare practice to have understaffing like this at this time. I would have gone elsewhere had I known the wait was this bad. Middle finger.

I would give 0 stars if that were an option. Yesterday, I brought my 5 year old in, she was febrile and vomiting so she was unable to hold down medication or water. I explained to doctor what was going on and she said giving zofran (anti-nausea medication) to kids "wasn't her style". She said that the temperature they got on her was 100.5 (with a forehead scanner)so that was ok, and did nothing for her. She looked awful, was very lethargic and was breathing rapidly. I left with my daughter and took her to Facey urgent care right down the street. I knew she needed treatment. They checked her temperature there and it was 104.4. He heart rate was in the 160-170 range. This was within 20 minutes of leaving the kaiser urgent care, it would not have jumped that quickly. At Facey, They immediately gave her zofran and stated cooling measures on her. Luckily, I took her somewhere else close by that actually looked at her, and treated her before the situation got any worse. I'm still in disbelief that they sent a child that sick away with nothing. That doctor should be ashamed of herself.

Thank you ?? for an excellent visit to the LAB & PHARMACY! Kudos to the staff at checkin, they went the extra mile, person I was with needed a wheelchair they were more than happy to grab one and even did the check in off her phone in the waiting area to make it easy since she was having trouble standing.Kudos to the staff in the lab & pharmacy very professional and very friendly. This facility is clean, well maintained & parking is easy access to the entrance. I would recommend pharmacy and lab only for this location.*** PLEASE NOTE - URGENT CARE DOCTORS- misdiagnosed a serious problem- I would recommend going elsewhere for that care.

Kaiser has absolutely no consideration for people’s time or health. I sat in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours without getting any care. I finally left and ask for a refund of my co-pay.

Urgent care helper nurses are rude. The waiting system is completely mismanaged.

Something has changed so much in the past year. Primary care gives you 5 mins. of their time. You have to wait weeks to see a specialty service! As large as Santa Clarita is, you should be able to see someone without going to Panorama City. Thinking of changing ins. come October for open enrollment. Are doctors leaving ?? Staff ??
