Sarah and Robert art wonderful and very helpful. I had to wait in line while a rude costumer blamed the staff for the customers lack of understanding and wanting free stuff. Sarah and Robert were very professional and kind while the customer clearly needed psychiatric help! This will be my main store!

Terrible service. They closed my mailbox - due to some bureaucratic BS reg- even though it was paid up- (they fit in with Californias over regulated over reach very well)- no appologies, just self righteous lectures. I was out of town- and they demanded that I come in. Pathetic. Some of us who travel alot for business- aren’t able to come in at a drop of a hat. Very much the same attitude as Californias governance- you serve them! Dont use this service- use one elsewhere. They are rude at the desk and are the definition of petty minded bureaucrats. By dissolving my contract - with no warning long before it expired- when it was paid for - they have basically stolen money from me. No other way to justify it.

It's close to my house but the 2 counter person's are snobby they didn 't even say hello or acknowledge me or say how are you when I brought my packages in. That's not very good customer service attitude!

I went in to pick up my order on July 17th. I had my order number and a confirmation saying my order was complete. I was told by a man, the only one that was working there, that my order wasn’t even in the system. I gave him all my information and he said I would have to call back tomorrow and figure it out. My fiance came in today July 18th and asked for my order. He gave the lady at the desk my name and she went right behind the desk and got them for him. The worker that was there who “helped” was no help at all and he really needs to be fired.

For the most part this UPS Store is great. The employees are helpful and things have been so far so good with my weekly Amazon returns. The question I have for the owner is this: Are you or are you not a USPS drop off location? I recently began selling on Poshmark which utilizes USPS shipping and provides a QR code to send packages. When I went to your store recently to drop off an order I was told your location cannot process it and was directed to the AIM Store on Seco Canyon. I’ve had to go to this other store (with subpar customer service) twice in the past week and I have another one to drop off today. I would love to do all of my shipping business through your store if possible. Please advise…

This place is not open around lunch time which is when most people have a chance in between their job to come and mail stuff out . Says nothing anywhere about closing for lunch anywhere on the site or on their storefront sign hours of operation

If I could give a 0 star that still would be too high! Customer beware!! Employees very rude, not helpful! Shipped a package, never got to destination, the UPS corporation said never left the store according to tracking. Went back to store they were rude and told me it could have fallen out of truck, dropped in parking lot, or lost at a facility and are not responsible. I would never ship anything with them again.

Great convenient location with great customer service! I am a new customer and the employees working that day, Sarah and Julie were wonderful and gave me great customer service. I will be a regular customer and happy to give them my business!!

This store always allows UPS trucks or Prime drivers to park in front or in the handicap spaces and block disabled people from being able to park. Several complaints agave been made to the store and they never make the drivers move the trucks. This is unacceptable to the handicap community.
