It's close to my house but the 2 counter person's are snobby they didn 't even say hello or acknowledge me or say how are you when I brought my packages in. That's not very good customer service attitude!

I went in to pick up my order on July 17th. I had my order number and a confirmation saying my order was complete. I was told by a man, the only one that was working there, that my order wasn’t even in the system. I gave him all my information and he said I would have to call back tomorrow and figure it out. My fiance came in today July 18th and asked for my order. He gave the lady at the desk my name and she went right behind the desk and got them for him. The worker that was there who “helped” was no help at all and he really needs to be fired.

For the most part this UPS Store is great. The employees are helpful and things have been so far so good with my weekly Amazon returns. The question I have for the owner is this: Are you or are you not a USPS drop off location? I recently began selling on Poshmark which utilizes USPS shipping and provides a QR code to send packages. When I went to your store recently to drop off an order I was told your location cannot process it and was directed to the AIM Store on Seco Canyon. I’ve had to go to this other store (with subpar customer service) twice in the past week and I have another one to drop off today. I would love to do all of my shipping business through your store if possible. Please advise…

This place is not open around lunch time which is when most people have a chance in between their job to come and mail stuff out . Says nothing anywhere about closing for lunch anywhere on the site or on their storefront sign hours of operation

If I could give a 0 star that still would be too high! Customer beware!! Employees very rude, not helpful! Shipped a package, never got to destination, the UPS corporation said never left the store according to tracking. Went back to store they were rude and told me it could have fallen out of truck, dropped in parking lot, or lost at a facility and are not responsible. I would never ship anything with them again.

Great convenient location with great customer service! I am a new customer and the employees working that day, Sarah and Julie were wonderful and gave me great customer service. I will be a regular customer and happy to give them my business!!

This store always allows UPS trucks or Prime drivers to park in front or in the handicap spaces and block disabled people from being able to park. Several complaints agave been made to the store and they never make the drivers move the trucks. This is unacceptable to the handicap community.

The current staffing is wonderful, they are quick to acknowledge you and assist, they have good attitudes without being over the top with their customer services voices. I frequent this location and have only had great experiences.

Tiny place, the line was long but people in front of us were helped pretty quickly. Until it got to us. We were made to wait so the one who originally was available could chat with a customer on the phone. Wasn't bad enough to throw a BF, just a little annoying as there were no other customers behind us & we were just dropping pre-labeled / pre-paid boxes off. Women behind the counter weren't friendly & couldn't be bothered with taking the boxes from us. Instead, the woman helping us made us stack the boxes we carried in on a pile by the door for her. Good place to go if you are just running in and out. Nice location & lots of parking.

Please remember your disabled customers pay for your services too. Need to be able to get in and out as well as park nearby too.

If I have any business to do it UPS I always pick this location! Originally it started because their parking lot is much bigger and the spots are way more spacious than the one closer to my house on bouquet Canyon. Typically I have an Amazon return and the employees are always on point! So helpful, knowledgeable and efficient! I also appreciate that the customers who go to the specific location pay extra good attention to social distancing. So between the location and the service and the employees I would give this a top rating!
