Went to this location around May to make an Amazon return of an item that was nearly $400. Amazon never received the package so I never got a refund. When I spoke on the phone to this UPS location they told me it most have got lost in transit there's nothing we can do. VERY UPSETTING! Now I'm out $367.91 and there's nothing I can do.

I would say this is one of the better UPS stores in scv and is in a nice area, even better it's in the target parking lot. Everyone who works here is always nice and friendly and if you have any questions or issues they will help ya through it. I come here to ship out all my items as well as pickup my packages. I've never had any issue with them and they always try to get you in and out as quickly as possible.

I've been using this UPS store for several years now. This has to be my far the most professional, polite and helpful store outdoor. They also have a lot of patience when you can't figure out the Amazon labels. Joe has been here for years, not sure if he is the manager or owner but he has always been helpful with packaging, labels. Joshua is a new addition and I have to say, equally polite, helpful, patient and excellent. This store hasn't disappointed me at all, and I hope this continues. If I'm ever in the area, this is the store for my shipping, photocopying needs. They can even scan documents to PDF and email it to you!

Customer Service needs a bit of reconstruction. Was in the middle of a conversation with a girl in the front who wears glasses she abruptly ignored and flirted with another customer. Two dollars to have something printed when it's only $.25 at a different location (canyon Country Soledad canyon). It is true there are different owners, but just FYI if you wanna get ripped off, go to the UPS store in Golden Valley where you also get up staged for the opportunity to be ignored. Sheesh!

Took packages there to ship. They said it won't ship till Monday. They had to package it later. I came back few hours ago to add the charger I forgot. They said sorry it was shipped they lied because they were too lazy to open it because they were closing. Horrible customer service. I won't go there again. I said I won't come back here again they saiid ok no problem. .

I go to this store a few times a month. I am always wondering about the training of the employees there. They never say hello or greet you. They just say "over here" or "this counter. " I always always thank them and I never get a response. I started to notice it more and more so on my last visit I went in and said hello. I was not greeted but instead directed to which counter to put my package. I said thank you after the transaction and received no response. I was handed a receipt and I said thank you again and still no response. I know that it is my choice to use this store and their services but they really really lack common courtesy.

My preferred UPS Store now (as there are others nearby), but this place is clean, quick to assist customers, and everyone working is so incredibly kind and helpful. I am definitely grateful.

I always go to this UPS store because they are often very helpful and friendly and most importantly fast service I send packages to my college kids at least a every 2 months here . Send certified mail all the time when sending small cards or letters etc. just to ensure they get there . Anyway , the gentleman that usually helps me in the afternoons always prints out a label with the addresses for me because I have severe carpal tunnel in my left hand and I am left handed . This time I came to this place it was a different person younger lady , clearly had carpal tunnel surgery on my left hand since I had a bandage on it .could not write at all this time ..She said she cannot print a label since it's a certified letter ( which I paid 9 dollars for ) she literally made me write out the address, which took forever since my surgery was just a week ago ), I told her , " it's like torture you know I just had surgery , can you please print out a label"? she said they don't do that for certified letters .. I will never use this store again and I'm gonna complain to corporate since I use this place often and this is the first time I have been treated like this . Clearly you all need to train your staff better on common customer courtesy . She even said to me while I was struggling writing," well , your almost done !" I will NeVER come here again . Very disappointed .
