The staff is always patient, kind, & extremely helpful. The store is clean & very organized. Even when they are busy, they work quickly & greet customers & work quickly to get the line moving without compromising customer service.

Such an unpleasant experience coming here, I rarely go here as I prefer a different logistic company however, had to make a return, very distasteful experience with the women that work here at the front desk, very curt rude looking, I didn't appreciate the sneer I got for no reason. Perhaps customer service is not the right job for someone like that where you are dealing with various different people face to face. Left a bitter taste in my mouth after I left. The big blonde girl and the really short Latino girl was unpleasant. Extremely rude, bad attitude and judgmental. I felt like screaming after I left. These people have issues. Arrogant.

Great service. We use for shipping and return shipments regularly. This carrier is above the rest in reliability, etc.

This store has a poor customer service. Always when I go in this location there is a bunch of women’s working and they don’t know what to do anything. They took like 30 min to just print a paper for me and charge a super expensive price for just print a paper and not even apologize for their lack of customer service. Actually all the UPS has a bad customer service now, super disappointed .

The quality of customer service here is worse than any other store you could possible imagine. The manager Jenn on site was nowhere to be found, and their employee Ashley took my package w confidence, when I returned the next day to follow up on some paperwork, she ran in the back so she didn’t have to deal with me cause she knew she didn’t have the paperwork I returned for. Then her co workers didn’t wanna give me her name, luckily they have on employee there who did the right thing. I would highly suggest using another store, and if there’s a manager that can see this, I would seriously rethink who you’re leaving to represent your establishment. I would give 0 stars if it were possible!

Pretty awesome store. I had some questions about sending a package from here to Tampa and the lady behind the line patiently answered all my questions. Great service great UPS store definitely recommend.

I looked up for the UPS store near me...and for some reason, this store doesn't come up. The stores in Valencia, Saugus do...I thought, well maybe the Canyon Country Store has closed or something since Covid hit us. I took a chance ...drove first to the UPS store close to me...it would save me several minutes of having to drive to the Bouquet Store near Seco. So, I park first...and walk in to see when and if they had the 1pm saturday pickup as the other stores did posted on their store sites. I walk in and eventually the young person hidden behind a wall answers me as I asked was there anyone there? She came out...and I asked, "Was there a 1pm pickup?" She hesitated a second and with an uncertain reply said "There shoulllldddd be"....as if almost posed as a question. I said.."I really need this box to go out today....can she guarantee it?" ...The young gal said "there's not a pickup on sunday" rather unconfidently, which didn't show much confidence with handling my shipping...So, I drove to the Bouquet Store at Seco and the gal there was totally together and clear that it'd go out today...gave me the list of choices for pricing and when it'd arrive at my destitation. I see why the Canyon Country UPS doesnt' even come up when you go online to see where the closest UPS store is...and I remembered several years ago having a similar issue with the CC store...heads up UPS store owners!!! Train you staff to know what's going on....get online and organize your online footprint on what services you do.

Typical UPS store except its quite small. Normally, not a problem but when they are crowded like they were today it is. I was standing in the doorway entrance for a minute. Also, parking can be challenging but that is an issue with the strip mall the store is in generally. Friendly staff.
