Do not use these rude people to ship your packages, go to FedEx down the street and ship your things attitude-free. Even the Postal Service offers better and friendlier customer service. Did I mention how rude they are here?

I've been to this UPS Store a few times. The place is consistently clean, staff very courteous and helpful. I'm very happy my office is so nearby.

This UPS is my favorite one to go to in Santa Clarita. From helping me sign up for a mailbox to packages, service is quick and friendly. The employees here are also very kind and friendly as well.

Very bad service the lady was very rude. The lady who helped and requested that I pay two dollars for shipping a package out they had the sticker that’s only to be placed on the box , when I’m over 65 years of age, no greetings as she was jumping at the customer rude and unpleasant. She was barking like a bulldog. Racial attitudes

I've been here a few times in the past month for sending packages, returning on Amazon and notary services. Staff have been very friendly and helpful.

This UPS is my favorite ! ALL the associates here are wonderful and have a great sense of humor. Always so pleasant, welcoming and beyond helpful. Thank you for being my sunshine during every visit and managing all my crazy package delivers.

I've been going to the UPS store on Magic Mountain Blvd. Valencia, for years, and I think the staff are wonderful and can't recall when I've ever had bad service.

Don’t go here if you’re old. The staff here are not respectful of the elderly. No wonder they only have 2.5 stars. I do thousands of dollars worth of business annually with UPS and their drivers are some of the best people I’ve ever worked with. Professional, hard working, courteous and respectful. The male workers at this UPS Store not so much.

Kathleen is a nice woman. Had to get a label printed out because of my return so I was having trouble emailing it to the store and she helped me free of charge. Thank you!

I know they hate doing Amazon returns, but this store makes it very obvious. She literally just waved me over and when I told her “you guys have a good weekend” I got zero look, zero smile, zero reply. Quit your job then.

Nice staff in store, I walked in just before they closed on Saturday, she helped me forward/email a return label to store since the barcode photo wasn’t working. (Technology doesn’t always work! Next time I’ll print the label and have it with me.) Didn’t catch her name, older gal — like me — knowledgeable and great customer service. Thank you!
