Spoke with Jessica when I needed help with an item, she was rude and no help at all. Ulta please make sure you are teaching your employees how to provide proper costumer service.

I went yesterday to buy makeup, spent 256 dollars worth. Rylee checked me out and today I realize I was charged for an item that was not put in my bag. I spoke to Jessica and said she could not do anything because footage shows it was placed in there. She was no help at all, why would anyone steal at lipstick when I have already spent 256 dollars worth of makeup. Did not offer any other kind of assistance.

One of my go to stores for cosmetics. Pretty good selection and prices are comparable, plus as a member, I earn points which convert to cash. Cool setup. Very helpful staff.

i got my hair done for the first time at ulta and i was really nervous. but June did my hair and she is so sweet and she did an amazing job! she took her time and we had great conversations!! i recommend her if you want to get ur hair done here :)

The employees are trash and need to be retrained. All they do is gather around the front of the store and run their mouths like a bunch of children. Better off ordering online as the employees are very useless. Amy at check out was also good for nothing. I won’t be returning to this location lol

I had my hair done at ulta with Jillian on 12/31/2023. Jillian was so perfection to a T. She cut washed, gave a treatment, cut, blows dried, and styled my hair for me in all under an hour, we even ended up adding hair tinsel to my hair. It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Salon and all the ulta staff were just so nice! You can find Jillian on IG. Her handle is : Hudds_haircuts

Some of them didn’t seem interested in helping me. The first employee that was rude to me didn’t make eye contact with me and didn’t give me clear instructions on who would assist me because she was busy. She also said what?? when i asked her something instead of being polite and professional. The cashier was rude, didn’t answer me when I talked to her, didn’t put the items in one bag like I asked???. Also they NEVER have the free gifts. Waste of time. Go somewhere else to get your items.

Super kind and professional! Everyone at this Ulta that helped me was very friendly and courteous! From the greeter that handed me a shopping bag to the gentleman that assisted me in the perfume section to the young woman at check out! Everyone was all smiles and made my husband and I feel very welcome! I definitely recommend paying a visit to this Ulta location. :)

The person who helped me pick out my products was terrific and very knowledgeable. I didn't care for the checkout experience, the cashier was bossy and made demands that I had to give her a phone number and if I didn't I couldn't make any returns. I think stores should respect a person's request for privacy not all of us want to supply them with our personal information.

I’ve been meaning to leave a review since I was last there on October 14th.Let me start off by saying Laura was fantastic! I came in looking for a Stila eye liner and she provided suggestion since I am still new at makeup application. She recommended a while liquid liner and suggested I go with the Nyx brand. Let me tell you that was the best suggestion. I was also looking for a matte black lipstick that wouldn’t break the bank. She hit all the points I needed and suggested that if I ever wanted to try in the future to try mac later. I would have never considered NYX if it wasn’t for her. Nyx is now my go to makeup if I want to explore and practice without breaking the bank. This woman deserves a raise and a promotion! I am super awkward when I go buy makeup but she welcomed me with open arms and out my nerves at ease. She has such a warm aura, making her super approachable. Employees like her are the reason why I stick with Ulta instead of Sephora.After this encounter I did have an uncomfortable interaction with an older gentleman who worked there. He may be new as he was not very welcoming with his suggestions. I honestly felt insulted by his comments but did not take it to heart. He just made me want to run out of there because I wasn’t comfortable.After this incident another wonderful lady who worked there assisted me when she saw that I had an uncomfortable look on my face. I do not remember her name sadly. I believe it was Erica but I could be wrong. I was looking for an oil of some type for my hair since it gets super frizzy in the winter. I picked out Quai which she states that it is not good for my hair as it is thin. She suggested bumble and bumble. This my dear is fantastic! My hair thanks you!!You two ladies were phenomenal and I am thankful to have met you both!!

Went to buy two gifts cards for my nieces birthdays and the store was out of them. What store is out of their own gift cards? After a curse word may or may not have slipped out of my mouth, the sales associate was kind enough to suggest going over to Target for the gift card. It wasn’t exactly wasn’t exactly what I was looking for.

Got my hair done at the salon by joslin and cut off a bit of length. The haircut itself is fine but she cut off about 2-3 more inches than discussed. I asked for it below my collar bone and it was cut above the shoulder and I absolutely hate it. She just kept trimming and trimming trying to make it even and now my hair is so short and just not what I wanted at all. Every time I look in the mirror I just want to cry. It barely goes into a ponytail. My recommendation is dont go to someone just because they have an opening. There’s probably a reason why their schedule is more open than anyone else’s.
