Tried to call to set up an appointment to get a CT scan Santa Clarita. On hold for 30 minutes then opted to have them call me back. Which they did in less than four minutes. Took my daughter for a Ct and X-ray. Had the best experience with front desk staff. and the technicians. they went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was comfortable with the procedure.

I'm a new patient and I was calling to ask about possibly making an appointment for ultrasound. Customer service rep Brianna was the worst CS I've dealt with. Mumbling her words & seemed like it was an inconvenience for her to answer my inquiries. Turn off to patients who have no idea about the facility at all.

It's never pleasant to get your carotid artery ultrasounded, but the friendly and efficient folks at UCLA Santa Clarita definitely know what they're doing! Brand new, modern facility, staff is super. Highly recommended!

I had an abnormal mammogram and was due to repeat and ultrasound, but they are booked 3 months behind. Yesterday I had a cancer follow-up MRI appointment. It took 6 weeks to get the appointment. I had to drive an hour each way to get the lab work done. Yesterday after doing the prep, I arrived early for my MRI appointment, and after waiting 20 minutes in the waiting room they called me up to cancel my appointment! They offered to reschedule and said I wouldn't be billed! Really?! I can't reschedule, because now I'd need to repeat more bloodwork, which means another hours drive each way for labs. Then 6 more weeks to wait. This is not the first time this has happened to me! This company is so unorganized! They have no emergency openings for patients with urgent conditions. What is most frustrating is UCLA doctors make it impossible to go out of network. I have a radiology place 5 minutes away and a lab 10 minutes away. But they want to force me to drive so far from my home. Then to end the conversation that I wouldn't be billed!? What about the 3 hours of my time and tank of gas it cost me? Patients always get the raw end of the deal. Oh and btw, in the meantime of scheduling a mammogram, my primary doctor left ucla and so they cancelled my appointment. Said the ordering dr had to work for ucla! I was due last June and I still haven't had my repeat mammogram or ultrasound. Ucla most definitely puts patient health at the bottom of their priorities! Avoid this business! Your health isn't worth it. I was a cancer patient and they put you after routine mammograms, and radiology appts. If I need to change doctors I will, but I'll never go back to this facility!

This is not my first time here, I must have forgotten to write the review for it. My appointment was scheduled for 10 pm on Friday 10/22/21. I appreciate they offer late appointments due to the fact I homeschool my son and the days are busy. We arrived super early and I was just going to sit in the car but decided to go inside and let them know I was there. The girl working the desk was very nice and mentioned maybe they could take me early before the next person comes in. I got so lucky they took me within 10 min and I was out of there quickly. I want to say the tech was Joe, not 100% sure. He was very nice and I was able to be out of there within 25 min. I am claustrophobic and the small MRI machines freak me out. This one is big and I was able to just put a wash cloth on my eyes. No problems at all.

Waiting time was not bad at all. Michael helped me today. He was very understanding and attentive to my needs :0)

Facility is clean and has plenty of parking. Everyone is polite and professional. I accidentally mixed the day my daughter was to be seen for her post-op appointment and they put her in as walk-in. Luckily they took her in because they found a (DVT) blood-clot in her arm. I had to go straight to the ER. Service was fast and accurate. Thank you!
