I think being business like keeps the wait time to a minimal, always polite enough.The check in machine should be on a bigger screen so not have to scroll down to the "continue" button every page,,,Confusing to new patients..

They don't take appointments. I don't understand. My previous lab, Labcorp, did appts, and it worked very well. It is a ONE HOUR wait this morning for a blood draw. And, the previous reviews are correct: desk staff are rude. There is nothing okay about this lab....

My recent visit left me feeling disappointed due to an encounter with the front desk person, whom I believe is named Armina. Regrettably, Armina displayed a lack of knowledge and an inability to engage in meaningful conversation. Her rude demeanor was particularly off-putting, leading me to strongly believe that she should be relieved of her position. However, amidst this letdown, a standout individual emerged: a remarkable blonde lady who tirelessly attended to the needs of all guests, as if she were participating in a marathon. Her unwavering dedication to providing exceptional care for everyone was truly commendable.

Yikes, be prepared to spend at least 1.5 hours waiting. Got there at 8am, checked in on iPad and was told via text there was a 72 min wait just for registration. They need more staff besides the 1 rude lady who was at the front desk. They should allow us to go to quest or other labs because this one is just so inefficient.

Lady that works at front desk with a black hair is absolutely horrible, she has been rude every time I come to this location, she is extremely nasty. I think she is new in this office. I do not think customer service training could help her.

I've been coming to this location for regular blood draws weekly for a month, and I always ask for Liana! She is SO SKILLED at her job! And so kind and fun-loving! I've never had someone been so gentle and careful when drawing my blood! Literally NO BRUISE! Ever! It's miraculous! Bravo!!I find that she's often under pressure working short staffed with tight deadlines but keeps her cool and maintains professionalism. It helps to be empathetic and patient and kind when people are working under such intense pressure!I always go right when they open at 8am and beat the line!Overall, she's a wonderful human being, who's proficient at her job and does the best she can under the circumstances. Give her a visit and say hello from me! ;)
