I think being business like keeps the wait time to a minimal, always polite enough.The check in machine should be on a bigger screen so not have to scroll down to the "continue" button every page,,,Confusing to new patients..

They don't take appointments. I don't understand. My previous lab, Labcorp, did appts, and it worked very well. It is a ONE HOUR wait this morning for a blood draw. And, the previous reviews are correct: desk staff are rude. There is nothing okay about this lab....

Yikes, be prepared to spend at least 1.5 hours waiting. Got there at 8am, checked in on iPad and was told via text there was a 72 min wait just for registration. They need more staff besides the 1 rude lady who was at the front desk. They should allow us to go to quest or other labs because this one is just so inefficient.
