Ulysses was awesome. I came here expecting to spend a whole bunch of money, but he was homestead that there was nothing wrong and just charged me for the diagnostic. He could have lied and told me it was a whole bunch of other things but he kept it honest. Ulysses was great guy he is there on Thursdays.

The plug to my charging cord was lodged inside my laptop. I couldn't get it out, Geek Squad couldn't get it out, but Ian retrieved it without damaging the computer. 10/10

Went to the location at 23360 Valencia Blvd., Valencia, CA. The on/off button on my Android was stuck. Wes, the man behind the counter who helped me, said it looked like he might be able to fix it but he would have to open up the phone. Couple hours later I got the great news that he fixed it! Works perfect now. Big thanks to my man Wes for saving me from buying a new phone!

I recently purchased a 3D printer within 3 prints the machine broke. The fan broke, filament went everywhere. The fan needed to be replaced along with hotend assembly as the clamps also snapped off. No one not even the manufacture wanted to o help, except for these heroes at uBreakiFix. They fixed it and now it works! Thank you for all your help. I encourage everyone who needs help come here as they are terrific and reasonable priced.

not bad bought phone case and he gave me a discount he said. Seemed like normal price and every time I go there he pushes me to buy the screen protector and seems like they make up the numbers as they go. If they tell people they’re getting a good deal they are hoping they will just believe them. If they were more consistent and did better work this would be a really nice little shop.

Experience at the facility was 5 stars, the website to make appt was difficult. I'm old, just saying, but i didn't know what to write in certain sections that didn't have the right options. :(

I bought a Z flip 6 and after a month it randomly got a white line in the middle. They told me that if the phone doesn't have physical damage or liquid damage they would fix it under warranty. I showed them the phone and they told me a single black dot completely messed up the sensitivity and made a white line in my screen.
I have a feeling that they lied because why fix something that has warranty when you can charge 400 dollars for a white line in the middle of the screen and blame it on a dot which messes up the sensitivity. I think they were lying to

Ian was so helpful and courteous. I thought I had a broken screen. He took one look and correctly assessed it was just my screen protector. I didn't end up needing any repairs but showed him a new case I got on line and he even helped me put it on. I'm definitely coming back if I ever need service.

Called this place a few times, no one answered and got recording saying that I can't voicemail because it is not setup:( waited about 20 minutes and someone answered. The employee was courteous was able to assist with what I needed. Please setup your voicemail

I don’t post a lot of reviews but I can’t not leave a review for Ian from uBreakiFix from Santa Clarita, CA….in my opinion he went above & beyond to save my broken USB Flashdrive & transfer the data. He was extremely professional, super friendly and explained everything in layman’s terms as to what needed to be done and how it was resolved and even supplied photos. He even allowed for me to review my new flashdrive and confirm that all of the data transferred and nothing was lost. I can’t thank him enough for all of his assistance & thank you to the company for having such professional & knowledgeable employee.
