Ulysses was awesome. I came here expecting to spend a whole bunch of money, but he was homestead that there was nothing wrong and just charged me for the diagnostic. He could have lied and told me it was a whole bunch of other things but he kept it honest. Ulysses was great guy he is there on Thursdays.

The plug to my charging cord was lodged inside my laptop. I couldn't get it out, Geek Squad couldn't get it out, but Ian retrieved it without damaging the computer. 10/10
