This was a great place to bring our dog to have her fully washed and groomed, including having her nails trimmed. The owner is friendly, affable, and is expert at taking care of animals' grooming needs. He did a fantastic job of grooming our dog! She came in looking very ragged, and now she is practically a model! The price is also very reasonable. I have no doubt that we'll be back here again. No need to look for a better place than this.

Awesome service. Great staff. Easy experience. In and out and never delayed. My dog always looks/smells good. Hair so soft and neatly cut. Trustworthy. Maple will always be getting her grooming with you guys! Thank you!

Don Francisco and his team are amazing with my two little ones... I've tried a few in Santa Clarita, and once I gave them a chance, I knew they would take care of my two dogs from there on.

I’m not ever gonna bring my dog at this place!! The owner, the old basterd was rude and abusive, I couldn’t believe the wait time, it was for 4-5 hours!!!The bad reviews that I read all were shocked with the wait time, it’s insane and they don’t treat the dogs well, I did see how he was dragging the customer’s puppy down the doorway and treating bad!!!!!!I don’t recommend this place, if you love your dogs and want them to be safe and treated well do a favor and don’t bring them here! I’ve NEVER had such a bad experience!!!

PLEASE READ ALL 1STAR REVIEWS. All are saying the same thing. The worst place ever . Terrible customer service. I don't have nothing against the groomers. They look nice, I I'm a 30 year old girl very polite and respectful person to elders . And I never write 1star reviews but this guy pissed me off so bad. The old guy cursed me all the F words because I told him if you don't have the nerve to work don't work. ONLY FOR THAT SENTENCE. He told me that I'm a B*tch. l. can't believe it. I can't believe the way he was cursing, He is a very nasty old man with an awful attitude . I'm very sorry that I had to be in that situation. . I called that old rude guy after five hours to see. When can I pick up my dog and he had the worst attitude telling me to come and pick up your dog" because it's biting." groomers never complain about my dog biting all these years and they never kept it for FIVE hours. And I said ok, why did it take five hours and you just took him to shower and found out that he is biting !? Then why did you ask me to bring him at 11 AM?

Not good service. I came in as walk-in early, it was empty, I asked the girl to groom my Frenchie. I am pregnant and can't do it myself... She says okay & it will be an hour and a half. I come back in an hour and she says "we didn't even start him because we had another dog come in" -- on top of the fact she said "I'll call when done, but if it's more than 3 hours just call me" ... 3 hours? And I'm assuming this means they'll forget about your pet. Kind of seems like they just want to make as much money as possible and just leash the dogs up in the back. I've never had an experience like that especially because Frenchies have anxiety and shouldn't be kenneled in the first place. If you don't want to do it yourself, I'd highly suggest going elsewhere. :(

I took my husky and senior border collie in and the staff was very friendly and listened to my wants and concerns. I got the dogs back after a few hours and I don't think they've ever looked this good. Very happy with the price and the service.
