“I am moving to Michigan from California and rented a 20 foot truck and Ray Drake was very helpful. The first time I went to buy moving boxes and was told they will buy back whatever I had leftover. I plan to pick up truck next week and I was told the price, which is a little expensive for a senior retired citizen, but I am driving far. Also he remembered my son who rented a trailer last week and was very apologetic about tires not being checked and replaced before my son went to pick up. They replaced bald tires and he left one day late to Tennessee. As far as U-Haul services I am satisfied with service.”
