Responded within 30 minutes and said that I could bring it in on Monday morning and they would find a way to make sure they were done. Dropped off my car at 8am and it was done by noon. Everyone that I talked to at ACE was very pleasant and professional. ACE is where I will bring my vehicles for any service. By and far the best experience I've had with an auto shop. Thank you!!”

“This is the only place for transmission work! I have been dealing with this shop for years and when my transmission started slipping, I had it towed over to Leon's with no hesitation. Chris was honest and straight to the point and the final price was what he quoted originally. He called with updates, tolerated and answered all my questions. He didn't try to upsell anything, even when i asked about upgrades he explained why it wasn't necessary to spend more money on more expensive parts. We need more shops run like this in SCV. They have always provided amazing service and honest information about whats wrong with my car.One of the issues we had the dealership said it was going to cost $4k+ and when the AAMCO team actually looked at the issue it was a part that cost about $20. There was labor costs as well... but the total was less than 1/10th what the dealership quoted.”

“The ONLY auto service shop I trust anywhere around here!!!My Dad got me turned into Ride-Way a few years back, and I will never go anywhere else now!He is extremely meticulous about taking care of the family cars, and who he trusts to work on them and work with. To me, and I think most people are the same way...finding a trustworthy and reliable and honest auto place is like finding a dentist or doctor you trust.I have always found it very difficult to find one that I completely trust to tell me what issues are actually relevant/necessary, instead of just expecting a long list of services and repairs that "need" to be done that seem to come from a computer read out, and with prices that always make you feel like you have been taken advantage of. Our tire blew out on the highway and no one (aaa, the tire shop near us, the various helpers who stopped by) could help us, because the "key" to our lugs was missing. Daniel sent one of his team members (and his awesome dog, Leo!) over to our site to lend us the key, help us get the spare on, and get to the tire shop. “So easily the most honest people I have met in SCV! I just called to schedule a service. The lady on the phone (I apologize I didn't ask her name), started going through the regular questions. Then out of the blue was like, this is way too early to be replacing this part. Did your dash notify you to do this? Is the part faulty. I said no the dealership told me to do it. She asked a few more questions and said they're happy to test it for me but the car at this age and model is designed to notify you. She could've just been like, come in! That'll be $800! But she didn't, she was super honest and even taught me something new about a car I had for two years already! HIGHLY Reccommend!”

These guys have helped me and my businesses so much over the years, the review is due.I have known john for many many years and he has always taken really good care of me, my family and my friends. They are always there when I need them, day or night and they really do out of their way to make sure I am well taken care of.They recently started doing these digital inspections and man I cannot not say more good things about it. “I never leave reviews, because I am so busy trying to survive in California. I had to stop and say something about this company. Juan at the front desk will now get all my busines. I had really bad breaks. they had to be completely re-done. rotors, pads, all of it. he took me out and showed me what and why. Juan spent the time proving why he quoted me what he did. I sat in the office looking up prices and confirming what he was telling me. I unfortunately have been ripped off too many times. Every thing he said was correct. Juan gave me options and helped me find a way to get what I needed. if you need a trustworthy place to get your breaks done. This is the place. Thank you Juan!”
“I am very impressed and thankful for Adam and the team at Country Auto. I had a few busted vacuum hoses in my Volkswagen GTI that needed addressing, but went ahead and replaced as many hoses as I could, because most of them were still original hoses (my vehicle has 199k miles!) Many shops I called said they don't work on foreign cars, but Country Auto took a look at the work needed to be done and got right to it! I was expecting my car to be in the shop for at least a week due to the amount of work that I wanted done on it, but their team finished it in 10 hours. 10 hours! And almost every hose in my engine bay is brand new! On top of that, the team found a coolant sensor gasket was leaking and replaced that for me as well. I am more than happy with the work done and my car runs fantastic. Adam was very kind, honest, and helpful to me, and saved me a lot of time and money... which are very valuable things being a college student. I will definitely return to Country Auto should my vehicle need any work in the future!Thank you very much Adam for your help, I really do appreciate it! Have a blessed Christmas season!”
