WARNING NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE HERE. Buyer beware!!! I would give it 0 starts if I could. The lady did not tell me the no Return or exchange policy. This company is very greedy and only wants your money. The sign is super tiny near the register. Basically making it impossible for you to see the policy.

Anything you see and like here you can just buy it online for cheaper!!So they priced an item for me and were ringing me up for it then canceled the transaction while i was putting my card in. They doubled the price on me and said "is that okay?" Then tried raised the price another five dollars on me. I said thats bad business practices, i was quoted a price so i should get that price since thats what they told me it cost. They didnt care and said theyd get in trouble so i walked out. My wife and i give this place so much business but definitely not anymore after that.

Buyer beware-My daughter purchased an item at this store that was advertised as 3.99 and the sticker price was not clear if this was per pack or each piece after she paid for the item the cashier gave her the wrong change then another male coworker came to help and advised his coworker that this is suppose to be per item not per pack and continued to say I have been telling coworkers all week. This is not what my daughter paid for and when my daughter asked for a refund they told her no refunds and told her to give back the pack and chose one of the hair piece. That is unethical business practice they should have advised this was incorrectly marked before she paid for the item so she would have the option of not taking it but because she had already paid for it and the worker realized it was marked wrong they put the loss on consumer instead of the store. I would never shop here again and I advise you to read the signs carefully.

Most of their figures are actually cheaper online. Some are even on Amazon. The staff is rude and will literally steal your money if you get a damaged figure. They will refuse to refund you and offer other figures you don't want.

I been to this import store usually every visit I make to this mall, I've been there ever since the original location when it was outside! I think this store has downgraded in quality over the past few years. Lots of bootleg/unofficial products. Especially looking at products like the Pokemon plushes, they look bad since they're straight from an unofficial Chinese manufacturer! They also used to have more official Keyring/similar items around 2ish years ago, but they have all been replaced with unofficial items. They used to have official franchises like Kantai Collection, Fate/GO, etc. and Japanese brands such as Puchimaru by AMUSE. They still do have a good selection of official figures, which is a plus, though for one section they do seem to lean towards the typical blind boxes from western manufacturers or franchises (that you can find in other places like Target.) They also have some decent selections of official Japanese products and Asian snacks though, so not all has been lost.

we disliked the workers here. they assumed that we were stealing from them when we have nothing, we were looking around and looked at a pillow and they thought we were about to steal a big as* pillow WHERE TF WOULD I FIT THAT?? MY A****** the worker with longer hair and glasses accused me and my hispanic amigas that we stole d*** a*s sh*t and he told us if we have nothing better to do with OUR TiME?? HE WORKS AT A TOKYO STORE THAT SELLS OVER PRICE SH*T. so again do not shop here if you are a teen, person of color or a young looking adult. -0/10 f this sh*t never coming here again

I had a terrible experience, I walk into the store and as I'm walking around I trip with some posters that are laying on the floor. The employee Brit (that's the name this person provided) says with an attitude, to be more careful. I ask if I should pick up the items as someone else might trip on them and this employee rudely replies "I know, I put them there! But I'm helping someone right now". You you put a tripping hazard I front of me, now my ankle is hurting and you still have the audacity to be rude? To the management, please re evaluate this employee because as long as this employee is here I will not coming back. In case you want to review your cameras and verify my story, I was there approximately 4:50pm on Wednesday March 23, 2022.

Whatever guy was working there was pretty unfriendly. As soon as I walk in there is just a stare no greeting, I said hi and he greeted back. While you’re looking you can just feel like you’re being watched, paid for my stuff and had to say have a good day because he didn’t, felt like I was working there

I was just there and my 9 year old daughter touched one of the items and the guy there shouted at her saying don't touch this, he could've been nicer with her i was so upset as soon as he shouted i left the place and will never step there again
