If you're looking for a smart, fully knowledgeable tax preparer, look no farther. Theresa and her staff are hands down THE BEST. Honest, by the book, and full of excellent advice on taxes, and how to minimize exposure to them. I'd give her 20 stars if I could.

Used them for the first time and they are great!! Theresa was a pleasure to speak with when calling to inquire about if they could help with our situation and Alicia was fantastic to work with during our appointment. They both make you feel comfortable and are great about answering all your questions, even if they need to look it up to make sure they have it right.

Went to Theresa as a married person and had no problems. During my divorce, she canceled my appointment the day before stating, "it is a conflict of interest". After my divorce was finalized, she reached out in January, and I scheduled for March 20 with her. She confirmed Wednesday, March 18 and then abruptly canceled my appointment on Thursday, March 19, stating again..."conflict of interest". She said she cannot decipher the new 2017 tax laws regarding alimony. II feel she should have called a tax attorney for clarification, rather than take the word of my ex. and cancel me last minute. This wreaks of unethical, dishonest tax practices, and clearly she doesn't stay current with her education about tax laws.

Theresa and staff are amazing! Always friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly (for us) patient. Regardless of how many questions I ask Theresa makes sure I walk away truly understanding the tax laws & whys. She's also a great resource for planning throughout the year. Theresa has two offices you can choose from, Simi Valley & Santa Clarita. She gets booked pretty fast so make sure you plan ahead.
