Absolutely the nicest most caring people out there. I was there on a Friday at 4:40pm. Mind you they close at 5pm. They said we will get your new prescription ready. Raquel that works there is super nice and friendly. She really went above and beyond. Highly recommend them. The pharmacist is super knowledgeable.

Another pharmacy requested my script to be transferred early afternoon on Friday, they followed up twice and the druggist failed to transfer script (they never have a huge line of customers so they can't be that busy,) and they are closed Sat and sun- so a 3 day delay. Good job druggist

I just picked up my prescription from this pharmacy and they made me feel right at home. Both Joe and Gema were super sweet and supportive of my situation. Plus, they saved me so much money. I will definitely come back here even if it's a 30 minute drive from the valley. Thank you Joe and Gema!

This pharmacy is amazing. Dr.Stacie from SC ENT recommended me to use this pharmacy so I could get my sons meds right away. The people there were very kind and informative about the meds that my son needed to take. If I lived in this area they would be my pharmacy!!

These guys are the best! I've been using them for several years. The customer service has always been above and beyond and super friendly. They make getting my refills so easy and convenient. I leave a message any time of day, they charge my card on file, ship my order and all is good. I'm thankful for their service!

Great service, very friendly staff. Most importantly, my baby and I were able to get our meds filled fast. Joel the pharmacist has plenty of experience and could tell me more than ten ways to fix whatever I need. I know my family is safe with their guidance!

Extremely unprofessional. The young woman working the front desk was very kind and helpful but the older man who was filling my prescription was giving me a lecture about ways to cure myself without my medicine and talking about how doctors are always going to give you unnecessary drugs. I was extremely uncomfortable especially having him talk extensively about how i dont need my prescription and having him basically announcing to the store what drugs I was there to pick up, luckily there was no one else but us. Needless to say I will be avoiding this place from now on.

Went in today (12/29/2020 at 2:45 pm) and the pharmacist was not wearing a mask. Actively handling people's orders without so much as a mask hanging around his ear or below his chin... just, no mask, despite the signs on their door requiring face coverings and social distancing. I left immediately and called them from my car to ask them to send the order to another pharmacy. I told the attendant why I was doing so and all she offered was, I understand. I can't believe that a medical professional would openly endanger public health... it's brazen even by Santa Clarita standards. A complaint is being filed with the CA Board of Pharmacy.

WORST pharmacy EVER! EXTREMELY unprofessional!!! What kind of small, not busy pharmacy can't fill two prescriptions in a solid HOUR, when they know full well that I am in EXTREME pain from two major surgeries 8 days ago!!! My husband was going to drive all the way from work in the valley, and wait the full hour for my prescriptions- but the owner Joel REFUSED to help me!!! I am all about supporting small businesses, but NOT this one anymore. The Druggist Pharmacy doesn't give a crap about their clients clearly!!! Plus their hours are EXTREMELY limited, and no deliveries either as well! Please take your business ANYWHERE else unless you enjoy the WORST service and attitude possible!!!

I’ve worked for Joel since 2010 and I don’t trust anyone else with my own personal prescriptions. I’ve always sought his knowledge and advice for myself. I see how much he cares about his work and our customers. 10/10 would recommend not just because I work here but because he’s an amazing human :)

Do not use this place if you want to fill pain meds after a surgery he will tell you to figure it out and send you on your way and he breaks HIPAA laws worst experience I've had in along time CVS filled the prescription with no problem

Very unhappy with this pharmacy. I had a script for a cream that they would not fill, due to the fact one of the ingrediants had to be crushed . I was told they were "uncomfortable" crushing this ingredient. I have recommendations for the same script with people at 5 pharmacies within the country that will fill it. Very disappointed.
