I shopped at the Valencia California store on Sunday and it was the worst experience. the parking lot was full of carts that were full of trash. once inside the store the carts were filthy, I had to get wipes to clean the inside of my cart. the store was nasty with drink cups sitting on shelves. it was so disgusting that I almost just left my items and left. However, I will never return to that store again. it needs to be shut down. I will travel to Canyon Country to shop or go to Walmart, at least it's clean and the shelves are full! Shame on you Valencia California Target!!!'

Ordering stuff through Drive up is a really great option for busy people, unless you choose to do so at this store, where you might as well go in to get it yourself because even after they tell you it's ready and you indicate you are there for pick up, you will wait another 20 minutes for your items. This has taken place multiple times. It's why people use brick and mortar stores less and order online more... managers, you've got a lot of young employees who have little guidance, if you all want to have jobs in the coming years I would kick it into high gear with delivering customer service because you're failing.

This is our go to store just because of location and convenience, overall we are satisfied and 7/10 times find what we need here. Their fresh fruits / veggie department is almost nonexistent with a really poor selection especially on veggies which I do believe I standard target. The employees here are typically nice enough, we haven't had any real complaints but nor do we run into them often other than at checkout. The lines are well managed but not completely nonexistent. The one big complaint is the isles starting from men's razors and finishing through the makeup section, often times we have seen dirty makeup or shelves with makeup product on it, the men's section sometimes has stuff just kind of scattered about in terms of item stocking but nowhere near as bad as the makeup isles.. it's just gross and extremely unorganized more often than not. I'd recommend this target for sure.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I go into this location all the employees act like they hate being there. All the interactions are rude, condescending, you name it. I told several of them today the item I needed wasn't on the floor and they all told me where to find it, even though I already stated it wasn't at the dual spots. One of them still walked over to check, and then acted like it was problematic to grab one in the back for me. Then there was the cashier interaction at the end. I know what to expect when I come here, and I'm always disappointedly validated.
