This is one of the only curriculums my daughter actually loves going to. The teachers are great and know how to work with kids. It's very important for kids to learn discipline and self-defense.

I cannot say enough good things about Tag-Ops! From the amazing customer service from the owner and staff to the organization and unique experience they have to offer, this place is the perfect party venue for your next event. I attended for a family member's 10th birthday, but I would honestly attend for an adult's birthday as well. It's not just limited to fun for kids, adults went into the arena and had their fun as well! The location is clean, organized, and so different than any other venue in SCV! HIGHLY recommend!!

We had a great time here at my daughter's 10th party! The event staff members were friendly and great with the kids, and the girls all had such a fun time. The staff also helped us set up and clean up, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. There is a big lot with plenty of parking and Vincenzo's is a few doors down, so it's easy to accommodate and feed guests. The viewing area is tidy and has 6 long tables, as well as plenty of benches and chairs-even with 20 kids and about 20 adults, we had ample room. Patrick, the owner, was friendly and responsive. We had a great day!

Perfect place for a birthday party. From start to finish everything went smoothly. The staff was super good with children and very professional. I would definitely recommend Tag ops. Gem in Santa Clarita! This was for an 8 year olds party.

We had my 9 year olds birthday party there and everyone had a wonderful time! The staff was very helpful with all the kids and organized games in the nerf dart area. The kids were so excited that they could choose any nerf gun from the wall and trade them in and out throughout the party. After nerf dart time we had plenty of seating for everyone to eat and have dessert. Multiple guests both children and adults expressed their joy and how much fun they had during the party! It was a definite success!

Where do I start? From day 1 it was a great experience. Planning- very informative. Answered all my questions. Fast replies Day off event- the staff was incredible! Very helpful and great with the kids. Most of all very respectful and professional. Everyone from the kids and adults had an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to have a bday party or event.

This is the best place for kids’ birthdays! The staff handle all the game play and organization and even offered to help set up decorations! They also insisted we let them clean up so when the party ended, we just packed up the gifts and left over food. The staff were very polite and professional and really good with the kids! The indoor facility is clean and comfortable so we didn’t have to worry about weather. There’s plenty of free parking for guests and the party room lets everyone enjoy the fun while watching the games. Absolutely worth every penny!

Went to a 6th birthday party here and kids had a blast. The glow in the dark dart time was fun for all kids and hosts were great with games. Extra bonus is Vincenzo's pizza next door so easy way to feed your guests.

We had my son's 7th birthday here today and I was blown away. I had never been here before, but found them on Yelp. Patrick and his team were super helpful and friendly throughout the planning and day of. All equipment, masks and gear was provided as well. 100% recommend!

Found this place randomly on Instagram and ultimately had my son's 11th "Fortnite themed" birthday here. Patrick and his referee helpers were amazing with the kids changing up games the entire time. An hour and 20 minutes of play and then some sit down time outside on tables with Vincenzo's pizza. Patrick is amazing to work with via text or calls, and was very responsive. They even take Venmo to make it easier! Highly recommended.

Had my twins 10th birthday here. Having gone through covid and not able to have a good birthday party the last two years I really wanted to get a good turn out for them. This place was just the ticket, the boys love nerf guns. Set it up paid the deposit and they sent a terrific invitation by email that I had printed out. a week before the party and I had zero RSVPs. As a reminder I printed the invitations again to send to school and realized... They did not have my phone number correct on the invitation. Instead of 78 it was 87. I didn't notice this until a week out. So I whited out the number and sent invitations out again. I had no idea how many kids were coming. I was about to cancel since I didn't want my kids to be the only ones at their party.I was livid. They blew and so did I. I should have checked it closer before printing. We went forward with the party as a few kids RSVP'd. I over bought on food just in case. When we arrived for our party I told the manager what had happened, he said, "Oh... Sorry about that." Thats it??? Sorry??? I have twins he then says you get one t-shirt which one of you wants it? How about give them both a t-shirt not because they want it, so that they don't feel left out. Thats the least you could do. No... I would have to purchase a second one. I would have preferred no shirt... BUT, I was not going to lose my temper and wreck my kids party so we continued and I didn't say anything, which is not like me.Ultimately about 12 kids showed up and they all had a really great time in the nerf arena. I think about 15 kids is maxing it out for the space. The dinning situation is not ideal. The indoor space is really to small for the tables and is cramped. They have to be pushed up against the wall so its difficult to get in and out of those seats. Outside dinning is just outside on the strip mall sidewalk, and the strip mall is dumpy. We literally watched people dumpster diving across the parking lot.The kids did enjoy it. They had a great time. The staff were really helpful in setting up and taking care of the kids in the arena. The manager needs to recognize a major screw up and offer something beyond a weak "Sorry", otherwise he was friendly, easy to work with setting it up and great with the kids and his staff.Overall I rated 3 stars for my experience mainly for getting my number wrong on the invitations and for the dinning accommodations being less desirable. I think most people would have a 4 to 5 star experience here and I would recommend this place. If you are picky about the dinning you should stop in and have a look before you book. Kids will love it, I don't think they care if they eat in a parking lot or on the floor. They will love all the different nerf guns to choose from and have a great time.

I was looking for something fun for my 8 year old birthday because he ask for a party with his classmate and I found this gem, and when the kids arrive to the party they were very excited and had so much fun! Zoe, James & Nico are very nice and they make sure your kids will be safe and enjoy they're the one who play with the kids. Also the kids keep changing their nerf because they want to try each one of them, it was very excellent. I would recommend this for my family and friends who wants a very fun, cool place to have a birthday party. Thank you for the excellent service Patrick.
