I don't understand how this establishment works. Why offer an appointment system if you aren't going to honor it? Also isn't customer service part of the service? Called around 2:00 pm inquiring about their wait time for my 4 yo and was told the next appointment was at 3:00. So, I make my appointment on the app for 3:00 and arrive on time. When I walk in the only woman working, Maria Elena, did not greet me. After standing at the register awkwardly for a few moments with my daughter, she asks me if I have an appointment. I do. She says, "Let me check" as if she doesn't believe me. Sure enough, she finds my appointment, but Maria Elena tells me she is "running behind" and now the wait will be 30 minutes (there appeared to be another woman waiting). Not sure what changed (I suspect poor time management or trying to fit in more clients) but anyone who has tried to wait 30 min with small children will tell you its not worth it. I just replied, "Ok... I guess I'll just leave..." only after a few more awkward moments did Maria Elena offer a half hearted apology: "Sorry" with a shrug of her shoulders. Yeah, I can tell. I won't be back.

This is a hard review to write. The woman that cut hair are wonderful and hard working. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. They have one person run and manage the entire business for them getting paid minimum wage. This one person answers the phone, cuts hair, sweeps up the area ect. Supercuts should be ashamed, hire at least a couple more people to assist the the business.

What a terrible first impression Kaitlyn has displayed for this establishment. Rating is for customer service over the phone while attempting to make an appointment for my daughter and due to her discourteous attitude, our family will never support this location. It costs nothing to be kind. It blows my mind that someone that is in a service industry doesn't know squat about customer service. If she didn't have time to take a phone call then she shouldn't have answered the phone and spared this establishment the loss of business. If they are impatient and coarse on a simple phone call while making the appointment, I can only imagine the crappy level of service or care they would provide in person. No thank you, I would rather spend my money elsewhere. I do not recommend this location.
