Family-owned and with much pride in their work. And the work was impeccable. Brian who welcomed us made us very comfortable and were so glad we chose this company. It's very rare that we get this kind of customer service in California but that alone makes us want to recommend this place very highly.

No one ever wants to have to get their windshield replaced, but if you find yourself needing to, this is the place to do it. It's a family run business with exceptional customer service. They were very responsive, checked in often regarding the status of my windshield order, obtained genuine Toyota glass, and, once the glass was available, installed it even quicker than estimated (less than two hours). They have a nice, clean waiting room if you choose to stick around while the install is completed. My windshield is now perfect again! Couldn't be happier with Santa Clarita Auto Glass.

Santa Clarita auto glass is the only place I will take my vehicles! They have taken care of two of my vehicles and the process is always easy. Everything starts up online with their website, it literally has everything, they have same day service and emergency services as well. Santa Clarita auto glass even made it super easy to work with my insurance. I have always left really happy, not to mention the customer service is impeccable. They update you every step of the way. Thank you for everything always!! This is the ONLY place I recommend. 20/10 stars for sure.

From the minute I spoke with Rick, I knew this was the place I wanted my windshield replacement to be done. Take it from a person who has had two prior windshield replacements. I was originally scheduled with Safelite. However, they rescheduled me three times and the fourth time they just ended up canceling the entire appointment without any kind of explanation. Rick and his team did an excellent job and kept me in the loop throughout the process. No rescheduling! What took 3 weeks with Safelite took a few days! I am grateful. I will always refer them to anyone who needs help with their windshields. All I had to do is pay my deductible. They are the best at what they do!

Customer service is superb and their response time is excellent. I had a small crack on my windshield and they fixed it on the same day! They are very detailed with their work and very professional. Hopefully I won't need their service again but would definitely go back if I have to!!

If you ever needed your windshield, side window, or even rear window of your car replaced or repaired....look no further! Santa Clarita Auto Glass is the best glass company there is....and I've been in the industry for 30 years and these guys are FANTASTIC! They're quick...courteous...professional....and it's a family business and not a BIG CORP...national franchise. Whenever I could support a local businesses...I will. Ask for RICK! He's been in this business for over 20+ years! They will be getting all my business from now on. I've used national franchise glass company that starts with "Safexxxx" and Santa Clarita Auto Glass blows away with their service!

Rock chip turned into completely cracked windshield on my 2021 Mazda6 Carbon. Visited Rick & Bryan at family-owned/operated Santa Clarita Auto Glass in the Valencia industrial complex. Rick was able to obtain Mazda replacement window in two days. He explained that the windshield contains many sensors used by the car's advanced electronic system. SC-Auto Glass has all necessary equipment for recalibration of these sensors. I had an appointment within 3 days. The shop is clean, well-lit, and has a small waiting room. Replacement took under 2 hrs. I recommend Santa Clarita Auto Glass 100% because of their integrity and professionalism.

We love Santa Clarita Auto Glass! They have been amazing to work with from the beginning to the end! I just needed a simple glass top to protect my butcher block in my creative space...nailed it! We have used them in the past to fix cracked windshields and have always loved their attention to detail and excellent customer service. So this review is also for our windshield repair from the past..Highly recommend!
