I have been a customer of Tarrell Florent’s State Farm office for over 20 years. The personalized service is hard to beat. I have also found that they will give you the best rate, but they make sure that you are making the right insurance decisions as well. As my family has grown, Tarrell has made sure that our insurance needs are always met.I would recommend them to anyone looking to take care of their insurance needs.

I have been with Terrell Florent when he took over from Leo Anselm, office manager Jeri is wonderful, Terrell has been amazing, He remembers his clients, always! He helps out with the community, donated to the golf tournament for the senior center. I am moving out of State and still after many years wanted to continue with him as my agent, That says something about being loyal to him as he has been to us.

We have been a long time customer of State Farm. Sadly our home insurance coverage was dropped suddenly because of a couple claims within 5 years. In all the years we paid our premium on time, this is the reward we get as a loyal customer? Going to find a much better company. Thank you State Farm for nothing. Goodbye.

If i could give less than zero stars I would. This wonderful company up and cancelled my car and renters insurance policy without much effort to get a hold of me to tell me my cc on file was inactive. They claimed that they sent me all kinds of emails, texts and phone calls when in fact the called once and did not mention why they were calling, just a 'oh call us when you get a chance' I only found out my auto insurance was cancelled when I called in to actually cancel it because I had sold the car. Meaning I was driving for 4 months with no insurance and had no idea. Go with this stink bomb of a company if you want to have your policies cancelled and a mountain of excuses hurled your way.

Bunch of liars here. First I had a problem with his staff. She kept on lying to me about that she has sent me correspondence and never did. Then I approached the owner Ben. He then told me to give them another chance and he said he will take care of me from now on. It's been some time. I had 5 cars insured from them. Now I have bought another vehicle and asked Ben to have me a quote. Spoke to him on Monday and he said he will call me within an hour. Never did. Called his office yesterday and talked to someone and was told Ben is stepped out and not in the office and is on field. But will relay my message to him. Called his cellphone he didn't answer. Sent him a message. Still no response. Called him today and he said he was sick (which I thought is a lie, as I was told yesterday that he is on field today). Anyways, he said he will send me a quote shortly. It's been more than 4 hours and called him. No response again. I had the same problem from him in the beginning and now it's starting again. I have taken my cars away from him anyways, but still have 2 insured. Will be moving soon to someone else. Edit: Today is the 5th day from initial phone call to get the quote. Second Edit: Got the quote from a different StateFarm agent which is $45 cheaper and which also covers our supplies in our Commercial Van. With the quote that I received from Ben does not cover that.
