On Thursday, December 28, 2023, I went to the office on Santa Clarita and I had the worst service from a lady. She didn't have her name and she was next to Chris. she was rude and out of line. Because of her attitude, I don't want to have any services with Spectrum.

Feasting provided wonderful sales and service for me. Hopefully Spectrum will provide me with enough internet speed secure the ills I'm having with my TV and phone inside my house. The price is fair, at least at this moment. I will see how it goes moving forward.

I went to this spectrum store, went in line with 1 customer being assisted and the other one who is ahead of me was left by the spectrum lady saying wait for me to be back. He waited for around 5 mins. and I will be the next in line. I did not sign in same as the the guy waiting in the counter. A spectrum guy came out from their office, called a name who signed in but that person was the last on the line. Some people who are in the line are saying that the machine to sign-in is not working. The spectrum guys did not care and just assist the peron who sign in. The person ahead of me waiting in the counter was left un attended. I left the store disappointed and some customers followed. This store has the worst customer service.

After activating my new Internet, my router did not work right away so customer service said I can get a free new router at the local office, after seeing reviews, I was very skeptical, and did not want to go, but just beat the bullet, I went right at 10 AM when the store opened did not wait longer than 5 to 10 minutes and they exchanged it. No problem, since they didn't have the older Wi-Fi router, they upgraded me for free and we're very, polite and helpful, some of the old reviews are brutal but my experience was very awesome. All I can do is recommend off of my great experience.

Chris is super helpful. He takes his time to explain your plan and troubleshoot your problems. He doesn't stop until he is sure that you're satisfied with your plan and service.

2 weeks ago on Sat there was no one in the store to change over a new phone I purchased when I transfered service, they were closed the next day on Sun, today there's a sign saying they'll be back in 45 mins. Poor Customer Service!!!

I needed to drop off a router back to Spectrum and this location was very quick - in and out in 5 minutes (there is one person being helped ahead of me).

My husband went un to pick up a new router and the lady not only gave him an attitude, when he asked for new internet deals she said " we don't have any" then gave him the wrong router that the representative ordered him the day before over the phone. He didn't want to make a big deal about it but if you ask me the girl that works there attitude is not only unprofessional but rude.
