Working with Faviola was great, very patient and not pushy and provided great guidance on my new sectional. I went to the showroom at least four or five times before I finally made up my mind. The piece is really nice, beautiful color and perfect. Thank you Faviola!

Faviola is fabulous! Her experience in the sofa business is exceptional. She really listens to her customers and she gives thoughtful suggestions. My sofa was expertly made and delivered and it is perfect! I have had two other sofas made by sofa interiors and the workmanship and quality is impeccable. I have shopped at other furniture stores, and I always return to sofa interiors. Excellent customer service and truly a great product!

So I have now purchased and had delivered my second couch. It was made to my specifications and I can say that because I'm sitting on it right now and enjoying this so very much. I recommend that you all do the same thing and it is definitely worth the money.

I had reupholstered 2 ottomans which came out awful and knew I would have to redo. A friend recommended Sofa Interiors so I went into the valencia location and spoke with Faviola who was so amazing and patient. She understood that it was a redo and really listened and helped me through the process. I was very appreciative that she assured me not to worry it would be done correctly and have that finished look. So, I proceeded to drop the ottomans off at the factory in glendale where I met Scott the owner. He was very professional and kind. I could have just dropped them and left but Scott wanted me to sit on different foams to make sure it was what I wanted. That was so helpful because different foams sit differently. Then we talked about the details of nailheads and piping which he went over with me and by the time I left I knew I had found the right place. Scott really wanted this to be done right for me and conveyed that by the time he took. He truly cares and wants you to be happy with your purchase. I will be going back for all my rephulstery needs. He was awesome and does quality work.

After having a horrible experience with a few other companies I was very skeptical at first. I had 5 other companies give me quotes but I felt most comfortable with Sofa Interiors. When my couches were picked up I was extremely specific as to how I wanted my couches reupholstered. They were delivered today and I cannot express how content I am with the work! My couches are extremely detailed and huge, but Scott and his team handled it with ease. I highly recommend giving them a call if you ever need any upholstery work done. Thank you Rose & Scott!

I absolutely love my two couches and my ottoman that I had made through Sofa Interiors! I had a unique vision in my head and Valerie made it come to a reality! I love the custom feel and details that Sofa Interiors provides! The quality of their work is exceptional! I am tall so I wanted a certain height and I wanted a couch with good back support. Valerie helped me plan every detail perfectly! Im in love with my family room look and its all because of the great prices and the personalized help that only Sofa Interiors gave me!

We looked into multiple services to reupholster our 15 year old sofa - not an antique, just a basic functional family room sofa that we were not ready to part with. Every other service was quoting prices 5-10x the price of the sofa when we bought it new. And the over-selling was soooo annoying! And then, we found Sofa Interiors. Scott is a straight shooter. His service and pricing equally straightforward. And the quality of workmanship left us EXTREMELY satisfied!! Highly recommended....
