I have encountered a very unprofessional and rude cashier at this establishment, particularly the blonde girl with the glasses. Her attitude and demeanor towards customers are unacceptable and I have experienced this behavior from her on multiple occasions.

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆During my recent visit to my local Smart & Final store, I had an unfortunate encounter with the assistant manager, Priscilla. As someone who understands the significance of excellent customer service, I was truly disappointed by Priscilla's approach and demeanor during our interaction.The purpose of my visit was to inquire about a rain check for ground turkey. However, instead of being met with a friendly and approachable attitude, Priscilla displayed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. Her tone was brusque and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome and unheard as a customer.In any customer service role, it is crucial to prioritize effective communication and maintain a respectful tone. Priscilla's behavior was a clear violation of these principles. As an assistant manager, she should be setting an example for the rest of the team by showcasing exceptional customer service skills. Unfortunately, she fell short in this regard, leaving a negative impression on me as a customer.Approachability is key when dealing with customers, regardless of the nature of the conversation. Priscilla's lack of approachability greatly hindered my ability to have a productive dialogue with her regarding the rain check. I felt as though my concerns were brushed aside, and my questions were met with impatience and indifference.Customer service is the backbone of any successful business, and it is disheartening to encounter such a poor representation of it from an assistant manager. Priscilla's behavior not only reflects poorly on her own professionalism but also on the reputation of Smart and Final as a whole.In conclusion, my experience with Priscilla, the assistant manager at Smart and Final, was extremely disappointing. Her lack of approachability, dismissive tone, and disregard for effective communication left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer. I sincerely hope that Smart & Final addresses this issue and takes steps to ensure that their customers receive the exceptional service they deserve.

Just wanted to come here and say thank Frank and Eric I had a complicated transaction I had to come back in an hour to get Erics help, but I had just missed him turns out the Real MVP Frank was so knowledgeable and was able to assist me with correcting the issue on my receipt. I am new to this city and was looking for a smart and final and I'm so thankful I found this store and the wonderful people that work here.
