We recently relocated from the Midwest and needed a new king bed. Loretta did a great job educating us on options to meet our needs, and we appreciated her knowledgeable service without pressure. After 10 years it was time for a new bed. We went to Sit and Sleep in Santa Clarita and met Karen. She spent a lot of time with us answering all kinds of question and was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She was not pushy at all. Her customer service skills made us feel very good.
If you are in the need for a mattress we recommend Karen!

William Saiki was a pleasure to meet and deal with. He was informative, answered every question, took the time to make sure we were making the right decision and was kind and patient during the whole process. My husband and I were nervous about the need to purchase a new mattress but having no choice to put it off any longer, we went to sit n sleep in Santa Clarita, where we felt we would have the largest variety of options. Walking into any sales driven business has always been uncomfortable for us, never enjoying the sales pitches and pressure. We were greeted at the door by Karen, with her warm smile and confidence that made us feel comfortable and in good hands. She found us a mattress that we are very excited about and was able to keep our purchase within our budget. We can’t wait for our delivery and are thankful to Karen for such a stress free experience.
