Having never created a retractable banner for my business, she walked me through the process, and helped me to realize my vision for what my banner would look like when finished. They are very professional and kind. I worked with Joe and his team and they are very good at responding to emails and phone calls. I needed table seating cards for my guests for a wedding dinner and they came out beautifully. They even scored the top so folding is even easier! Very collaborative and open minded.
