Don’t use the car wash, just like other reviews I had 2 bad experiences with it and main office doesn’t take responsibility of the damages, the car wash messed up my tires twice with the rails, I let it go for the first time but the second time I did told them about it, same story as the other reviews that they were supposedly going to pay directly and then the main office decline the claim, in my case there had to be several vehicles with tires damage so they can cover the claim, what a joke, besides the damage tires by the rails I also have big scratches on my truck, don’t get your car washed here

I go here almost everyday before I go to work, there is this one kid that is always working hard while others are on their phone. I can't remember his name but it starts with a "T" but he is always working so hard and is always so helpful. I hope he gets a raise or something because he is someone that I would want on my team for sure.

Came to get $60 worth of gas, handed the cashier $100 and got hit with “I don’t got change for a hundred”. I then asked if it would help if I got $70 worth of gas. Still no. Are you kidding me? You don’t have $30 in your register??? 30 Apr 2023, 5:38am

After filling up my thank with gas I went inside the store to buy lottery tickets. The cashier (a guy) saw me entering the store. I went directly to the side where the scratches are waiting for cashier to help me. When he called next in line which was a person that came after me I said “ excuse I’m next” and he replied “there is a line with a sarcastic smile on his face” and he ignored me calling the next person. By this time there were like 5 or 6 gentlemen’s in line and I was the only girl there waiting to be helped. I left the store and I’m never coming back to this gas station because of the rudeness and disrespect of the cashier.

This shell consistently has the cheapest gas or tied for it in the SCV. I wish they had a better beer selection and their food offerings are also weak. But that gas.......

This is a newer location but the staff is trained and very helpful. The automatic drive thru car wash is clean and because its still new it has nice brushes and and good drying system. Its all new so everything works well. Dont forget to get a receipt when you purchase gas because it gets you a 2$ discount on your car wash.

This place is horrible, I went thru the car wash, and when we came out my car was all scratched up everywhere around my car, it was making weird noises when we were in there too, and when I went to go tell the employees, the guy that was working seemed annoyed and reluctantly came out to look at my car and took horrible pictures and videos to show the scratches to where he was covering the scratches. He then gave me a “incident report” paper in which it states to “please call me instead of my insurance” then said that i would receive a call about the incident. I went in a few days later to check on it and the manager told me that the company wouldn’t take responsibility for it because the horrible video that the employee took didn’t show that the scratches were “consistent with brush marks” which in my pictures that I took right after I came out of the car wash shows clearly that the scratches look like a brush scratch mark. Then wanted me to make an insurance claim. Here’s the clear pictures I took. Im not paying out of pocket for their mistake.

Sign on the window says will return in 30 min. I’ve been sitting here for longer than that waiting for the employee to open the door. Funny thing about it is there are also four sheriff’s deputies waiting for him to open the doors. I called and nobody answered the phone at the gas station! It says open 24 hours. He was just inside behind the counter and now he isn’t anywhere to be found while his car is still out front! After an hour the employee came out and without saying a word locks the doors as he is leaving! Didn’t have the common courtesy to say anything! FIRE HIM! He drives a black car

I think this place is amazing! They have enough gas pumps, they sell diesel, ethanol and regular gas, the mini supermarket is new and very spacious, the bathrooms are super clean and new! the place is amazing, super recommended

The staff there is indifferent to a non-functional pump--and make no effort to put up a sign alerting the customer. Lousy customer service.

A couple of guys were working behind the counter and they were very helpful and friendly. I recommend going to this place, it is very nice and I had a wonderful experience.
