While waiting to get car checked in I notice manager , Ed, talking to guys vacuuming. Good workers are hard to find and these guys work hard. Yet you treat and look at them as if they are beneath you. Learn some respect sir. I will come back as usual because they do a good job. But if I see you checking in vehicles next time , I will go somewhere else.

This use to be the best autospa in town. Today was such a disappointment. They ran it thru the wash "dusted" off and said it was ready. Going home I noticed 1. dust etc all over the inside of the car, 2. tires not wiped, Windows not washed, my decal was half peeled off. I took it back and they still didn't complete to my satisfaction. I will not be back

Good service, quick, reasonable prices. Provides a nice outdoor area to sit and watch your car being cleaned

I went to go wash my Tesla because they have touchless car wash. And they did a good job in the exterior and inside car but they forgot to vaccum trunk. My husband took it to go get a car was. If it was me that went I will check everything. How can they forget to vaccum trunk especially when trunk was empty?

I honestly don't know where to start. I went to the car wash with my son to get both of our trucks washed after he and I went off roading. They did an OK job on cleaning his truck. They did an awful job on my truck. They vacuumed the carpet only and did a super quick wipe down of the interior leaving dirt smudges everywhere. The rims never got cleaned. The runningboards and bumpers also had dirt smudges and watermarks everywhere. the outside mirrors had water spots as well. I showed the manager and he blew me off and told me to bring it the next day and the would do a better job on the outside because they were closing. He also told me that they only vacuum the inside and that wiping down interior is not part of their service. Keep in mind I paid for the upgraded wash($28.99) plus an extra $10 because he said the truck was abnormally dirty from off roading. I had to ask the manager for the air freshener that I paid for and he stomped off and yelled for one of his employes to give me one. The manager Bottom line is I paid extra to get a better car wash, got a poor quality car was and an attitude from the manager. I have pictures. I wish I new how to post them.

I have been bringing my Rav4 to this car wash for the 10 years I have had it and have been very happy. Yesterday I brought the same car and they decided to charge me an extra $3 for a SUV? When I questioned (and I am saying questioned not got mad) the cashier because I hadn't noticed until I paid. One of the women from behind speaks up and says "if you have a problem go talk to the manager, she is just a cashier". I said "that's ok there will just be less tip" because I was paying cash and only had $32. I felt sorry for the guys doing the work but all I had was $4. Not sure what is going on here but it's not the same Auto Spa that I have know for 10 years. Very sad!

Not coming back here anymore. The manager/owner, is an asshole. My car still looks dirty, had to finish cleaning it when i got home. Prices on the monthly coupons they mail out are not even updated and they wouldn't even honor the price on the coupon. Horrible customer service.

I had a $30 wash, gave $5 tip and the guy was pissed and rude when I handed him the tip. Am I in the wrong here?? Not inclined to comeback to this place

I'm a regular here to get my car washed or waxed. But I will not do business here anymore I bring my car in today to get wash because as everyone knows it's been raining crazy. So yes my car was pretty dirty so I get it washed it took awhile and then it's ready and I can go on my Mary way. Nope I walk up and my car still has dirt on it, I ask the guy you see this dirt he sprays something out of a bottle and starts to get the dirt off. I then realize there is NO armor all on my tires I paid for the #2 the guy tells me let me see your receipt. I show him the receipt then I noticed my front windshield is smeared. I take the rag from him start wiping down my car I'm done. I have always come here because they did a good job now they suck!!!! I had to come home and go over my vehicle when I paid them to do it I'm pissed off. Beware business is going downhill..... car washes are not cheap!!!

Service not what it used to be. One of the first few customers this morning. The guy dried my windows with a wet rag leaving streaks and water stains everywhere. I had to redo my car once I got home.

Love the hand wash option. My car has some accents that are easily scratched and the staff here takes care to keep it all looking great.

This place is horrible the manager that sits in the car lane in the chair is the rudest person ever dealt with. They charge what they want when you have an SUV. One week they charge another week they don't than try to charge for SUV when it's not an SUV. Staff at car line are rude and have no idea what's going on nor do they care. Cashiers are great but this place has gone down hill once ownership changed. Time to find a new car wash

I'll start off by saying they actually do a decent job at washing your vehicle. beware of keeping personal belongings in your glove box though. The manager ED said they don't touch the glove box but someone definitely stole 6 grams of cannabis from my car and I'm 1000% positive because when I arrived home right after the car wash all my weed was gone. Bums work here

Went for a car wash. They are always on point. I would say 9-10 my car looks so beautiful once they are done. They are a tad pricey but you get what you pay for and if I find something they have missed it's fixed without giving me an attitude. Clean and always friendly service.
