I don't usually come to this shell as it's always busy and overpriced compared to other shells around town. This time I was able to pull right in with no issues. I do like how it's populated though and as a female I prefer people around when pumping my gas then it being completely dead. It is in a busy location though so that helps as well.

was able to get there and get out of there in a very timely manner....there was no hassle and no nonsense with the employee working the graveyard shift was on top of their job efficiently enough so I give a five star rating....

Half the pumps are broken and one of them might be hacked because it took me to another PIN screen that I didn’t recognize so I cancelled the transaction. Sketchy AF.

Look at my review history, I don’t believe I’ve ever given a bad review.. today that changes.They had a Rockstar sign 2/$4. She rings it up for $6. I tell her about the sign and she says I have the wrong drink. The sign only has 2 drinks on it, black old school rockstar and the sugar free one I have that's white and gold. She tells me I'm wrong a bunch more until whe gets to the sign and then says the prices change all the time. I told her to remove the sign.That's whatever. Then... then I put back one drink and my discover card declined. So then I use my debit and that declines. Which is obviously impossible because the debit is a credit union and the credit card is discover?. They are both working just fine.So I tell her that's impossible and something is wrong with either her register or card readers. And she says she takes cards all the time. I haven't been that annoyed by a retail experience in a long time. I checked both cards, they both are working fine.

If I could leave less than 1 I could. About a week ago I used my card at the inside terminal for some miscellaneous snacks before a softball game. Opened my account this morning and found over $1000 spent digitally at some liquor store down in LA. This was the only place I used my card so I am positive this is the place that stole the number. I am always careful at the pumps but didn't think I would have to be careful inside as well. Beware! Employees just trying to steel peoples credit cards to use elsewhere!

absolutely intentionally rip you off on the car wash. The computer cannot read the code you punch in to automatically know which of the 3 different car washes you purchased ( $9 - $11 - $13), so the attendant asks to see the receipt or asks you which car wash you purchased. This has been broken for almost a year now, and still not fixed. on 2 previous occasions, even though we paid for the most expensive car wash, the attendant punched the cheapest car wash button. We noticed this after driving through the car wash and not receiving all the more expensive wash treatments. So this third time we kept a close watch to see if it would happen again. An older Indian guy helped us, and I noticed this happened again, and I immediately told him before our car went through that he punched the lowest car wash button, and he insisted he had not. I also showed him that the car wash light pole was not lit up with the most expensive car wash lights as we entered the wash. Sure enough, we drive through and get the cheapest wash treatment. After exiting the wash, I immediately went back to him and told him he did not press the correct button as I had previously stated, and he agreed that he had not. However, he did not want to reimburse for the cos t difference and I had to speak to the manager about that, who was conveniently not working at that time. I went inside the store and asked the clerk to refund the price difference, and they finally did after I raised a stink about this intentional rip off! Do NOT go to this Shell! I went there for the first time due to the low prices and the pumps were glitching, not allowing me to pump gas! Later to find out that my card info was stolen and charged $150!!! Looking through the reviews they have a history of this and do nothing about it!

Second time experiencing the same rude car wash attendant. I have made the simple harmless mistake of putting in the restroom code instead of the carwash code. The man working the carwash immediately refused to help me. I then requested him to do it for me because I couldn’t figure it out. He was immediately irritated grabbed my receipt pressed the proper code on the screen, gave me back my receipt and yelled “How about you learn how to read first!”, then telling meI was putting the bathroom code instead of the carwash code.The first time I experience the same man was going through the carwash as well. After inputting the code there is a sign on an orange safety cone that says “Please show receipt to employee”. I rolled down the window and he shewed me away with his hand. I said “The sign says to show you my…”; then he rolled his eyes and turned his back away allowing me to proceed through the carwash.The man mentioned is an older man. Around his 50-60’s. I believe he is of an Indian background. Dark skin. Thin and short. I was not able to get his name.How Shell hires employees like this is beyond me. I have taken the time to write this because I am such disgust at this person’s work ethic and behavior. To Shell: shouldn’t eager and ready to assist employees be a standardized for all employees. Bare minimum standards at least. This man didn’t meet the quality of your expectations as a Shell employee. Why does he even work there?Looking at a Shell careers page the description reads:We are looking for an efficient, courteous employee who possesses excellent customer service skills.This man at the carwash fails to meet all required fields.

Negative stars. Says on door open 24/7. Guy running it stood there and just stared at us. Would not let us in to use the restroom so we left. NO NO NO you do not get our money for the gas we were about to purchase. You guys suck. Worst customer service.

Usually crowded because of the street corner and the proximity of The Mall. There is a good selection of snacks however and gas prices are definitely more affordable then they are at gas stations closer to the freeway.

So clean, many working pumps on several islands. The store is packed with anything you could want. Good for travelers, bad if traveling with kiddos!!!
