They do no honor the fuel rewards here they decline it the employee refused to honor it. I been to a few shells that will do this but have the fuel reward signs. Im a platinum memeber i just leave will not return. I usually pump will have to go the valley they honor fuel rewards. Please look at the screen they decline it. 20 cents a gallon is 20 cents

I went in because the card reader didn't work. Old lady with red hair and messy eyeliner returned the attitude when I was waiting for her to finish gossiping with a customer about another rude employee. There must be something in the water. Even leaves her car parked in the front pumps. How convenient for the actual customers.

I tried to pay for gas outside on pump #5. I put in my pin and it was a no go. Tried it again. Same process and this time it said see cashier. I asked why I went through this process twice and it wouldn't take it and the cashier told me that it was a different system. Seems totally suspicious! Then twenty minutes Wells Fargo left a VM to verify purchases. I called them and it seems that when I was at Shell on Sand Canyon in Canyon Country someone tried to run my card twice for $85! Seems totally suspicious! WF shut my card off as stolen and ordered another on my behalf. I called Shell station, but the telephone number is discounted! I will avoid this station or pay cash next time. Was it a card reader, camera or could it of been the cashier? Tried calling the station directly the next day and the number has been disconnected.

It's a bit of a scam. The card system does not work at the pump but attempts charge you $1 each time. Above all, go directly to the counter even if the staff is particularly unfriendly.

Best customer service ever especially coming from a gas station I've never met a cashier from a gas station so nice and helpful. Her name was Rosie thank you for being a great person.

Out of compliance with state law Julia refuses to let anyone use the bathroom. And rudely tells everyone the lock doesn't work, you will get locked in. Children lie better than this. After a microsecond of thought. If you got locked in Julia how did you get out? How would you know? Is someone locked in there right now? When they were rescued by the locksmith were they unable to fix your lock? We paid you $100 for fuel. We bought your snacks. And in return for your rude lies. We pissed in your parking lot, enjoy that. We will see what corporate has to say

Went inside to ask for key, 2 cashiers were just talking in their room ignoring the 3 customers waiting that they could see throught the camera screens in their face.
