Customer service was excellent. I had a rough few days with my wife in the hospital she was so kind and understanding. The Nurses at the hospital appreciated the candy.

Younger lady did not give me a free sample after spending over $20 she gave me my bag and I thought perhaps it was in the bag and I check and it's not there. I feel she purposely did not offer or give me one because of I am a OWM. Have never not been offered one by tons of other stores and wonderful older lady's. I will have to make sure I specifically ask this lady next time I come. Disappointed.

This is a well orchestrated group of professionals. I was so impressed with the initial greeting, the service, the knowledge of products …which was very extensive might I add! I am addicted to their coffee chocolates, OMG! I actually haven't had sees in yearssss unless it's a for a fundraiser or a gift given to me but this year my husband HAD to take me in to try some and I tried all of the coffee/mocha chocolates and now I'm obsesseddddddd! I'm back to being a chocolate addict all over again, haha. Love this place, they are always so friendly and give us tons of samples to try and take home. I love that you can also create your own boxes and they are always happy to wrap. Excited to try the new ones for the holiday season!
