I recently entrusted my Commercial Mercedes Van to SCV Autohaus Collision Center in Santa Clarita, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. The team at SCV Autohaus Collision Center, led by Harut, provided exceptional service from the moment I arrived. They were not only professional but also genuinely friendly, making me feel confident that my van was in good hands. This car was genuinely very important to me as it was my HVAC business van, and I needed it to be repaired quickly. Harut and his team did just that. I will definitely recommend them to everybody in Santa Clarita or wherever you are located in.

I had just purchased a brand new car. on my way home a large piece of wood flew up from behind a big rig on the freeway and I hit it at 60 miles an hour. I bought the car because it was so beautiful and the paint made it look like a beautiful jewel.I had no idea where I could take it to get it restored back to its beautiful condition and never thought it would ever be as beautiful as it was before the accident. I started reading reviews of places that folks had taken their cars and figured I'd get a few estimates before deciding on a place that could fix my car. I went to SCV Autuhaus and boy did I make the right decision. I met a guy there named Harut and he convinced me that he could fix my car and most importantly match the beautiful paint job that it had before it was damaged. I had my doubts but decided to give SCV Autohaus a try because the price was reasonable and I had no place better to take the car. Harut and all of the folks at SCV Autohaus are super nice. When I left my car with Harut he told me the repairs and paint would take three to four days. I waited patiently. I will never look for another place to have that kind of work done on my car and I will tell all of my friends and family that if the need auto body work done that SCV Autohaus is the only place to have it done. When I picked up my car I could hardly believe that it was repaired at all. It was gorgeous. I hope this review will help others lost like me when I was looking for someone to trust my car, my car too. Thank you Harut and all the folks at SCV Autohaus.

Harut took good care of my sister in law's 2014 Lexus GS350 and managed to install a new side mirror in under an hour. This was a last minute request and he was able to expedite shipping of the OEM Lexus part and get an appointment scheduled in 2-3 days. Great communication and a pleasure to do business with. Will use his services again.

I got in a collision recently. After long searching for 5 star body shop I found SCVAuthaus through yelp. Then I asked for quote and Harut very professionally explained me all the steps. He set up the tow truck to pick up my car from my house very quickly, and worked with my insurance company as well. He gave me updates about every step they completed. At the end when I went to pick up my car I was very satisfied with my car, looked like nothing had happened. It looked like a brand new car from dealer. I saw they had done full interior detailing without any charge. They have knowledgeable staff and high level customer service. I can recommend SCVAUTOHAUS Collision center to everyone who needs high quality job. Thanks Harut and his team.

Awesome experience... I took my Honda Odyssey in for and estimate for some accident damage to the rear bumper. Inside l met Harut the manager... who is extremely nice and professional at what he does. He checked out our vehicle right away and explained how they would take care of the damaged and quickly wrote up an estimate for me. After a few minutes he hands me the estimate, and I must say I was pleasantly surprise at the fair and honest price he gave. He then informs me that they can complete the work and get it back to you in three days--I said great. The next day Harut drops the bomb on me--I get a call the NEXT day from him--saying your Honda is done and ready for pickup (Wow). When my wife and I arrive at his shop he shows us the Honda-- the workmanship was off the charts the whole rear looked better than NEW. My wife and I can't recommend HARUT and his crew enough:)))

We came here after the previous body shop that we used in Santa Clarita said it would be **3 weeks** to attach a new driver's side mirror unit to my daughter's car--which she needs for work. I called around and it was the same story. **But** SCV Autohaus actually cared that my daughter would be driving without a driver's side mirror. They squeezed her in the next morning and a few minutes later she was off with a safe car and a perfectly functioning driver's side mirror. I highly recommend this business and we will be using them again!

We were really happy with the work we got done here. They only needed to have our car for 3 days and we felt they were honest and fairly priced. They were able to email us the quote beforehand which was really helpful when working with insurance. The only downside to this place that I know of is that their parking lot is CRAZY. Totally not their fault, just something to be aware of.

I took my Lexus in for minor body work - Harut and his team did an excellent job, just as good as new! Harut is very nice and professional and I appreciated the text updates with pics, etc. I would highly recommend SCV Autohaus!

2 year late but honest review: I went to Autohaus after someone ran a red and t boned my 2018 BMW M2 leaving my passenger door, rear quarter panel, passenger side wheels requiring major work. I opted to have my car towed to autohaus which is 35min north of me over a certified repair shop recommended by my insurance because of a referral from a friend. I was more than patient and really wanted to give this shop a chance, but unfortunately repair took far longer than expected to get my car back 6.5 weeks vs the 4 weeks I was told. I had to pay an extra 2.5 weeks of rental service since my insurance rental coverage ran out. Service unfortunately was also mediocre it felt like I was pulling teeth constantly having to follow up with Harut for updates because it would either be extremely slow response or no response at all and the times he would respond some of the pictures and updates were for an entirely different car! Talk about lack of attention to detail which sadly rang true when it came to the repairs of the car as well. Fast forward 6.5 weeks later I received the phone call that my beloved car was finally ready for pickup so I went over as soon as possible. At first glance everything looked great, but once I started driving on the freeway I noticed my passenger door window wasn't sealing properly allowing air to seep in and create an ear bleeding whistling noise. In addition to that the locking mechanism on my trunk door was scraping the inner plastic because it wasn't aligned properly. The final nail in the coffin was the touch to lock feature on my door handles weren't active which I later found out was because they forgot to plug the wiring back in properly when reinstalling the doors. These additional repairs took two more 1.5 hour round trip visits, me having to take half days at work, and not having my car for another week. The second trip required me to go to the dealership because they couldn't figure out why the touch to lock feature wasn't working. Harut apologized and said I could come back to have the carbon fiber side mirror caps re-polished and coated, but I had no interest considering the overall experience. Oh I also just remembered the passenger door wasn't properly installed thus causing it to bulge out a few millimeters which to some might not be a big deal but it was enough of an eye sore that one couldn't unsee it after realizing it was there. I tried reaching out to Harut and he told me to stop by during the week which I did, but when I arrived he turned me away saying they were full and to come back a few days later. At that point I had enough, I didn't want to deal with traveling to Narnia and back for a fourth time. Thankfully a BMW certified shop near my house fixed the door free of charge as a courtesy and told me autohaus didn't screw in the bolts fully which caused the door to hang out loosely. Now I'm just worried there will be other future potential repairs due to the blunders of autohaus. I really wanted to like this place so that I could refer more of my friends and family in the SCV, but unfortunately my experience was extremely subpar to say the least. Note to future self sometimes friends don't have the best opinions, and sometimes the more convenient options (ones closer to home) are the best.

This place is the best. We brought my girlfriends Jeep here after she was rear-ended. They were able to quickly get the parts ordered and repair the vehicle fast. The owner, Harut, was very friendly and accommodating to us. He went above and beyond, even offering us a ride home when we dropped off the vehicle. We had trouble getting down to his shop during the week due to our work schedule, so he came in after hours so that we could pick up the vehicle. He even made sure to have the car washed before we picked up. This place is the best, and won't be taking my cars anywhere else!

If I could give 10 stars I would... SCV Autohaus is the only collision center I will ever trust to take care of my cars. They recently fixed some damage on my newest car in an incredibly timely manner, yet returned it to me perfect. Best of all I know they are honest and truly care, which gives me the most peace of mind when having my vehicle fixed. Thank you!
