I must say if you’re going to check memberships then check everyone’s not just the people of color. I was in shocked to see the gentleman with the cowboy hat only checking the Latinos membership as I arrived and left. Do better!! we spend money here and a lot to be treated like that.

I love going to Sam's to see what new things have arrived and to purchase my favorite things. The store is clean, and the lines move fast, or you can use your phone for self checkout and just show a QR code on the way out. Gas was only $4.559 today, and with my Sam's MC, I get 5% cash back. Win Win!

It's the first time I come to this store, I was craving a pizza and there were no ingredients, they made it into a pretzel, it tasted horrible and I didn't eat it. I will not return to this place. They should be more careful about having the ingredients! In the country there are no product leaks like in the pandemic.

Five stars for all the wonderful people who work there so nice and helpful. Not loving the shopping experience since the Sylmar store closed now the store is always crowded .

Very poor experience on my end. I came home with a $30 fish fillet that was perished already when I got home. It's not more about the money but the way it was handled. I am sick and tired of companies not manage their stores the way they are supposed to and they rob customers with their mistakes. I called in in the morning, the customer service recommended that I freeze the item since it's gone bad and to take it back next time I go back to the store. What a shame and it's a health hazard to recommend as such! I actually deleted original review as the manager replied saying reach out to us for a refund. I did via their chat and I was told that gift card for the amount would be emailed to me, never rec'd it. I called back to find out what happened, now they said item needs to go back to the store you bought it from for a refund. Go figure! Item last use date was actually the day I bought it, and it was not on sale or anything i was in a rush and did not realize until after I left the store. Get your management and business model together and stop robbing people and treat them unfairly! I don't want a refund! Review is valid to alleviate the pain others felt from a similar treatment.

I'm not really a Sam's club person, but I must say I'm pleased from this location. Maybe not exactly like costco yet, but it's way more organized and not just a ghosttown. The layout is kinda different than what I'm used to. Staff here treat you with respect and make you feel like a member. They also have ample tables in the cafe unlike other locations.
