Stood at battery center for 20 minutes with no help. Associate checking receipts called multiple times with no result. Then I walk to back to see several techs working on cars. Asked if I could get rung up for a battery. Was told to wait. Went back in and waited another 5 with no help. Just left Sam's and headed to Costco. Associate checking receipts told me to have a nice day... nice little poke on my way out. At Costco. Better battery and $40 less. Got some gas and did some shopping. No wonder Costco had such a following while Sam's looks like it's on the verge of shutting down.

I go to Sam's club pretty often. The store is usually stocked up really nice. I think it looks very well organized and clean. There's so many snacks to choose from at the store. It's perfect because I make my kids lunches everyday for school. I love the convenience of being able to scan everything on my phone and then paying on my phone. It's the best thing ever! Not having to wait in a long line is the best! Especially if I have my kids with me. The store pick up option is also so convenient. I've seen people say it takes long but you just have to choose a time you know wouldn't be busy. I haven't had to wait too long when I go to pick up my items. The people who bring out my order are always so nice. The line for gas goes by fast. I also like that when you exit the gas station, it's not hard and chaotic.

I came shopping here at Sam's club and you know what the guy in the kiosk from the AT&T they're really good on customer service there's a guy named fluffy that comes once in a while he made me change from Verizon to AT&T and explain to me everything regarding the plans how much I was gonna pay I recommend you guys to come and change yourself to AT&T ask for fluffy

I was having problems looking for an item in the store. I asked several workers and they would just point me to different. Directions mind you it was the first time I was in this location I I then asked this employee name Brody and he did what the other females employee should had done took me personally to the place we were not able to find the item, and he asked around until he found the item I was looking for that is what the workers should originally be doing however, he was the only one that provided 100% customer service thumbs up to the employee Brody, who was amazing and very helpful...

I occasionally shop at Sam's club mainly because there is not one club near my house. I typically purchase online and get my items shipped to me with no issues. Customer service using the app is great.However. This review is about the actually store. It's very hard to reach anyone from customer service, also doing store pickups is such a mess, there's always people waiting at least 5 or even 10 minutes to pickup their order.Walmart which is affiliated with Sam's Club in some way is better when doing pickups.I think this specific location is understaffed. I called this store maybe at least 6 times today because every time I call. No one answers and after 5 or so minutes, the line just hangs up.Don't plan to drive 25+ mins if I can't confirm that the item I want is available.

Ughhh... I really wanted to love Sam's. Their customer service is horrible! ALWAYS a ridiculous line in Member Services. Don't ever have to return something. This is a common theme for this location. Not the workers fault, poor or lack of management here.Bakery is the worst as far as customer service. They straight up ignore you when you are standing there with a question. Proceed with conversations, see you, and don't even acknowledge you. Pick up area is a disaster. If you are given a window with one hour to pick up, arrive at the latest time. Your order won't be ready. The pick up parking area is a whole situation also.Prices are better here, Costco has a bigger variety, better meat and seafood and way better customer service. Get your membership on Groupon when they have a deal because it's not worth the regular price in my opinion.

Apparently Sam's club could care less about your safety and install a broken tire pressure monitoring sensor (tpms) back into the tire being installed rather than replacing it with a perfectly working OEM sensor. All because they didn't "sell" you one to install.I understand that policy is policy but when you pick and choose which policies to enforce, (which was pointed out to me) and put people's lives in danger by doing so is wrong.If we were requesting some unsafe modification then it's understandable, but it was a request to have everything working properly with dealership parts in order to accurately monitor each tire pressure and prevent damage or injury if we were to have a flat.There should be exceptions to the rules/policy when it comes to their customers safety. Especially when they don't even "sell" such TPMS for your specific vehicle (I know because they checked).So disappointed with this Sam's club tire location and service.Makes my choice to take my business elsewhere easier.

Must have a membership. Called to set up a tire rotation appointment. When I arrived they measured the tread on all 4 tires. Since I will be needing new tires soon so I purchased the one-time 6000 mile tire rotation for about $15. There is a $40. deal that covers lifetime rotation of the tires on the car at time of service. Also if you buy your tires there the tire rotation is included for the new set of tires.
Car was done in less than 40 minutes. Excellent service.
FYI...Gas station on-site at a lower cost for members.
