Horrible cafe service.what's the point of having scan and go if it doesn't work at the cafe.I waited 20 minutes for a freaking icee.nobody ask for numbers.the make you wait in line to here them call out numbers.then I waited 20 more minutes for my pizza that was already done.all they had to do is ask for my number.the manager needs more training.he needs to find them help or get to work him or herself.horrible service.cosco has a better cafe service.

I after about 4 years as a member I'm thinking about giving up on Sam's. Each time I go I remember why I have been going mostly to Costco.There are two inconveniences:1) The gas pumps often lose their ability to read payment cards and have to be reset by the attendant. Subjectively I think they also pump slowly but who knows if that's accurate.2) The second inconvenience is the people manning the exit lines have to scan the receipt and then select three items to scan, which leads to a bottleneck leaving the store.Somehow Costco manages to run an operation without this friction.

decided to come to the santa clarita location becase i was in the area normally go to the palmdale location gas is more expensive here then palmdale but this location in santa clarita is better then palmdale its bigger more products like costco long lines to pay sams club is defintiley better then costco very clean to will defintily come back

I go to Sam's club pretty often. The store is usually stocked up really nice. I think it looks very well organized and clean. There's so many snacks to choose from at the store. It's perfect because I make my kids lunches everyday for school. I love the convenience of being able to scan everything on my phone and then paying on my phone. It's the best thing ever! Not having to wait in a long line is the best! Especially if I have my kids with me. The store pick up option is also so convenient. I've seen people say it takes long but you just have to choose a time you know wouldn't be busy. I haven't had to wait too long when I go to pick up my items. The people who bring out my order are always so nice. The line for gas goes by fast. I also like that when you exit the gas station, it's not hard and chaotic.

I occasionally shop at Sam's club mainly because there is not one club near my house. I typically purchase online and get my items shipped to me with no issues. Customer service using the app is great.However. This review is about the actually store. It's very hard to reach anyone from customer service, also doing store pickups is such a mess, there's always people waiting at least 5 or even 10 minutes to pickup their order.Walmart which is affiliated with Sam's Club in some way is better when doing pickups.I think this specific location is understaffed. I called this store maybe at least 6 times today because every time I call. No one answers and after 5 or so minutes, the line just hangs up.Don't plan to drive 25+ mins if I can't confirm that the item I want is available.

Ughhh... I really wanted to love Sam's. Their customer service is horrible! ALWAYS a ridiculous line in Member Services. Don't ever have to return something. This is a common theme for this location. Not the workers fault, poor or lack of management here.Bakery is the worst as far as customer service. They straight up ignore you when you are standing there with a question. Proceed with conversations, see you, and don't even acknowledge you. Pick up area is a disaster. If you are given a window with one hour to pick up, arrive at the latest time. Your order won't be ready. The pick up parking area is a whole situation also.Prices are better here, Costco has a bigger variety, better meat and seafood and way better customer service. Get your membership on Groupon when they have a deal because it's not worth the regular price in my opinion.

This Sams has a great selection of products always happy to shop here and the lines aren't that long at checkout. I went on Saturday the 17th at around 4:30-5:00pm and had a good shopping experience, after checking out I was interested in a pizza, hotdog and pretzel and while waiting in line I can see that those employees at the Cafe are the hardest working I've seen. I could tell they had a huge order by all the pizza boxes they had stacked, but even with all that they were still able to satisfy all the in-person customers in a timely manner. The guy handing out the food was attentive to all the customers at pickup and made sure everyone got what they ordered. Very nice warehouse with very delightful hardworking employees.

I have been to this store several times and love it every time I go! It is well stocked, friendly staff and great products. On some items they are cheaper than Costco which is nice. I have bought a lot of different items from Sam's and have been happy with every purchase I have made. I look forward to coming back and shopping more at this location!

Sam's club's customer service is bottom barrel compared to Other places. The folks here are very unprofessional and rude. Everyone seems to hate working there hahaha They treat everyone like a shoplifter If they can get away with it I'm sure they would ask you to spread and cough and check for contraband.
