Loved my experience left with the cutest pair of shoes. The workers were lovely prices were amazing for the quality of the clothing etc. highly recommend to go here for aesthetic clothes with a wide range selection

Found this place while visiting my cousin. Cool place with cool finds. Lots of brand name clothing, shoes and bags. It's also very clean!

The people were nice. it was pretty low-key. everything is kind of sectioned by brand - they have a lot of free people, a little bit of Levi's and nothing high-end but mid-level. and the prices are great for that. $20 Zara dress type.

Ok the girls who work here are really nice and sweet. But I dropped off 2 big bags of clothes (lulu lemon, Levi’s, American eagle, urban outfitters, Disneyland merch etc) almost everything they took besides 4 items. They offered me $37 or $64 store credit. They took probably $300+ worth of clothes. They also charge barely under retail for their clothes so just straight profit for them cool place to shop but I would neverrrr sell here again lol.

I lost my mind!! The store was selective with great vibes and cool clothes. Clean, welcoming, and smelled great. Like Buffalo Exchange but closer, less expensive, and great parking. I had a hard time leaving the store because I kept seeing something else to try on. Definitely more women’s clothes, shoes, and accessories than men’s. Great place to sell your clothes before donating to Goodwill. A super fun place to find that new closet gem.

I've been here many times and have purchased some great pieces, but today's experience really left a bad impression on me. I brought in two large closed tote bags full of neatly folded clothing. The employees were incredibly cold and unfriendly no matter how kind I was. My clothing was returned to me in a giant unfolded pile that was such a mess my bags couldn't close. I understand that not everyone has the same taste but I've shopped there long enough to know the brands and type of clothing they buy and I'm honestly shocked that they did not take one thing. Majority of the clothing I brought in had never been worn and the items that had are in perfect condition. 7 pairs of the jeans were brand new and all lucky brand and Levi's, I'm just confused!

Please save your time and sell your clothes on depop or poshmark. I have worked nearby since they have opened and they never ever buy more than one or two things from someone. I have coworkers and clients that say they take things and they don't sell anything either. It's been like this for years. I had things with tags and nothing... which is okay. I had already put it up on my depop and had two inquiries. I wanted to check if anything has changed and it has not. They sell sunglasses for $10 when you can go to H&M and find the same ones for $5 or $7, also, be prepared for the associate to look completely upset that you are bringing in clothes. I mean isn't that the whole point of the store to resell?

I used to really love this place but nowadays the clothing selection has gotten cheaper and prices have gotten higher. A lot of the products are cheap brands like shein or have extreme wear to them like stains. I've tried selling clothes here that are great quality and barely even worn but they rarely take anything. Customer service is also a miss, with the workers always talking to each other behind the counter and leaving you waiting to check out. Disappointing honestly.
