went to visit the store to check it out for the first time and the service by Jarro was amazing! he helped my partner and i look for a running shoe based on our interests and preferences. i left the store with a pair of shoes that is perfect for me and i believe is going to help me with my runs. we will absolutely be coming back here regularly as their new customers!

Highly recommend this place for done good shoes. Flo was more than helpful helping me find the perfect shoe and socks. Can't wait to come back for another pair. I'm ready to take on the beast again!

I love the personal attention I got. Although the store was packed, it really felt I got superb service!! Weather you are a novice runner or a pro, you will be taken cared of here.

Don't think twice (like I always do). First, I don't run. I lumber. That said I was thinking I needed to take my running shoe game in a different direction. With some trepidation I decided to go to a "real" running store and was not disappointed. Jarro was the poor soul who had to listen to my story and thoughts and he brought me a bunch of shoes to try on and patiently explained each. Did I leave with the pair I thought I came to get? No. Do the ones I got feel great? Yes. Did I get the lowest price for them if I had scoured the internet? No. Am I happy? Yes. Shop local and you will not be disappointed. Truly great. And if Jarro is there, you will leave with knowledge and shoes.

Very nice guy that helped fit shoes on me!!! Just didn't carry my size but definitely tried! Great information on the way shoes are supposed to fit!

I'm never going back to this store. They made you feel like they don't want my business. I went there about 3 years ago and no one greeted me at all while I was there so I just left, today I went back and no.greeting at all until and bad attitude when I asked a question. Never again!!

I came in for some shoes and even though they were no in stock in anything in my size I was still helped by the employee and I thought it was great that even though I couldn't buy anything. I was still given answers. Will buy here next time if they have my size!

Went here today and Did not appreciate the service we were given. The guy that sold us the shoes ( short ,brown skin tone ) guy wasn’t very attentive . His tone of voice asking my husband a question compared to the customer that came after us was totally different. We came in before them , but for some reason he cared more about helping them than my husband . Wasn’t sure if because they look more intimidating or something else . He gave my husband 3 shoes to try and didn’t even try to give us more knowledge about the shoes or suggest other ones like he did with the other person .

Love this shoe store! They are about to look at your gait and recommend sites that will work well for you and help you. Got me sone Brooks Ghost shoes, love them! Went yesterday and has some Saucony Triumphs recommended. Friendly, service is great and they know their stuff!

Impressive! The gentleman at the store watched me run on the treadmill for 6 seconds, and said "How old were you when you broke your ankle? Let me get you the shoes that support that ankle best." Well he was spot on, and I've never looked back. I've sent everyone in my family here and it's been a great experience.

Handsdown the best place to get your running supplies in Awesome Town USA. Conveniently located off SCV Trail and they're very active in helping new runners achieve goals and experienced runners maintain them. If you are looking at getting into running, start here. It's a very welcoming environment and the employees obviously know what they're talking about. So if you're looking to run a marathon or just need to pic up a dope running hat, stop by Runners Lane and they'll hook you up!
