Mark was proactive in getting my car done in a timely manner. Professional, fast, clear, and good communication. The shop was actually a bit far from me, but definitely worth it! I had damage to my window, rear view mirror, and dash and he was able to get the job done above and beyond expected quality and speed. The car came back better and cleaner than ever! Literally did not recognize it, superb job!!!

Mark is very professional and helpful. He makes sure to keep you updated on the progress and frequently sends pictures. From the drop off to the pick up, the entire process was seamless. He'll work work with you and the insurance so you don't have to worry about anything! I highly recommend him!!!

Amazing shop with amazing service! My car's front bumper and headlights got scratched up and these guys took care of me. Knowing that my car's paint is a rare color and not produced every year, I was a bit worried about having the paint matched, but they managed to get the job done and exceeded my expectations. Mark was great with guiding me through the process and keeping me updated throughout the time my car was at the shop. Very professional, highly recommended and will be referring friends and family!

Excellent service recommend to anyone in the Southern California area. If you do not live nearby this shop it is well worth driving even far to to have your car repaired here because they are experts and have experience Fixing all kinds of cars. Mark and his team r extremely professional polite and Your car will look brand new when u pick it up.

SC Auto Center is more than the before and after photos seen here of the bumper cover on my 2017 Chevy Suburban. The work is good but Mark is a bigger reason to choose this place! Some insurance companies are downright scoundrels to work with adding as many time consuming and frustrating steps as they can conjure designed to get you to just give up and go away. The person responsible for hitting my car wanted F@^÷*^$ insurance to quickly fund repairs and are embarrassed we had to fight to be made whole efficiently. I might have grown tired of the dispectable tatics to delay process, such as adjusters simply not picking up phones, automated messages, not answering direct questions, etc. But Mark was my champion to reassure he would professionally handle the process and not let me down. Thanks Santa Clarita Auto Center and Mark's reassuring project management.
