I've only had good experiences here both with the pharmacy and just making regular purchases. The staff has always been helpful and I've never had a problem getting what I needed.

Worst customer service ever. Pharmacy does not like to answer the phone ever and I would have to call the front of the store who would then let the pharmacy know to answer the phone. The pharmacy argues with me about the price of my medication which insurance is telling me one thing but pharmacy literally says they are wrong. They are rude and the end outcome was I was right the entire time and one medication just needed prior authorization and the other was the medication needed to be corrected which they also argued was never done but I urged them to recheck the medication because my doctor just told me they already corrected it, the pharmacist told me that it will be ready tomorrow and not today and refused to answer any more questions. The front store has always been really cool and professional to me.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for years! Just tonight I had an awful experience with a so called VIVIAN who states she is assistant manager. She was very unpleasant with her customer service! I purchased two items as I picked up some prescriptions with a nice lady Flor. Unfortunately when I got home I realized one of my items I had purchased was not in the bag, mind you when Flor was scanning items she dropped one and I was speaking to the pharmacist so I didn't even see what she dropped or if she picked it up. I am pregnant with two little ones so all mommies know how it is going to places with kids, we just want to leave quickly. As I left the store I made sure to put all my items in my passenger seat and then I got home only to realize I'm missing one item so I called the store and asked Flor if maybe the item she dropped was my item I was missing and she stated it was medication she dropped and not one of the purchased items and that she put it in the bag. She then said they would have to check the camera and placed me on hold. When returning to the phone she stated her assistant manager Vivian said it was okay for me to go tonight or tomorrow to get my item since it wasn't a big purchase. I then asked for her name and assistant managers name again and we hung up. As a customer I thought that was great customer service. Until then UNPLEASANT VIVIAN called back to tell me they had looked for the item and it wasn't there and unfortunately there's nothing they can do. I was very upset because why tell me you will go ahead and give me the item and then call me back and take it back? I've worked in many different places to know you don't EVER do this to a customer. It's very unprofessional to say you will make customer happy and then take it back! I'm very upset because she did this. It just doesn't sit right with me so I told her I will go tomorrow and they can show me the camera because I don't trust her! Honestly it wasn't a big deal to me until she called me back with her flimsy clap backs! Just so unprofessional!

Excellent Rite Aid location. Easy, convenient, great selection and friendly associates. Grateful to be near Rite Aid, as it's the BEST drug store and has superior product selection to Walgreens or CVS.

The 2 stars I isn't for the ice cream right Rite Aid still has the great Thrifts Ice Cream. The 2 stars are because they are never open. They never have the flavors you want when they are open. It is really a disappointment. There are just to many other places to go now for good ice cream. They really need to do better!

Needed prescription filled as I was out of my Rite Aid area and literally walked in to Soledad Cyn Rite Aid and Ramona the pharmacist was absolutely amazingWas in such a desperate state and Ramona made everything happen within 5 minutes

To say I am beyond thankful for the cashier at the Pharmacy Naheeda (hopefully I wrote her name correctly) is to say nothing. She is amazing, it was my first time there and from now on we switch to this pharmacy and Rite Aid after using totally different pharmacy for almost 9 years.Best Regards,Tigran A.

I paid for a prescription and called to confirm they would hold it until 5/27 and it was put back on the shelf 5/24. This is the last straw for me. This pharmacy is trash. Every single prescription I've needed this month has had an issue and it's not because the drug is back ordered. I don't know what is going on with this pharmacy but it is ridiculous. THANKFULLY Vons is in the same plaza and is in network with my insurance. Bye, Rite-Aid I'll see you and your miserable employees never.

We'll me and my wife just move down the street from this Rite aid we've been going to cvs for years. And this place is much more helpful and greets you with a smile. If you want to get in and out of there ask for Evan he is very helpful and knows we're everything is. Ì highly recommend this store and Evan if you want to have a successful experience.

This is for the pharmacy. I recently had an issue with cvs in Target. Called here for help and problem resolved in less than 24 hours. I've switched over. Staff is so friendly and helpful!

Horrible customer service. Have been filling my father's prescriptions there for a few months now and every time there is an issue. Pharmacist named Ann is clueless and not willing to help with anything. We will be transferring everything to CVS
