I've been using the pharmacy here for about 6 or 7 months , and everyone on its staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I've seen the negative reviews from others but my experience has certainly been the opposite - I've never had a negative one as a customer there.

I enjoy getting ice cream at this location. I will no longer be coming back tho as of today. I walked in an there was one person in front of me at the cash register, i said to the man i wanted ice cream and walked over to the counter to wait. He then went on to ignore me and help 6 other customers who came in after me. After waiting around for about five minutes, finally someone was sent over to serve me. This was a woman who I didn't see there before so maybe she was called from the back, idk. The lady serving me ice cream did not wash her hands and when I asked her to she made a face at me and then proceeded to barley rinse her hands for about 3-4 seconds. She also was not wearing her mask properly and I asked her to please pull it up. She proceeded to remove her mask and say she doesn't need to wear it anymore. I asked if someone else could help me because she was being rude to me and I ended up walking off because I did not get help. The man who was going to help me called me sir on the way out the door even tho I'm clearly a woman. I'm surprised staff were so rude today, this was disappointing. In the future I'll just be grabbing Rita's instead of waste int time driving to here.

Got my 3rd Covid shot at the Pharmacy and the service was friendly and prompt. Made a reservation in advance and there were no wait times, the process was smooth.

Store Manager is angry and unpleasant ... not at all helpful to Customers. I realize staffing is an issue these days as I am in the workforce too. Where I work, we treat Customers with the upmost respect though so that they will return especially in these hard times! Poor guy ... he is definitely angry that he has to stock shelves. I told him God Bless You and that I understand, and he told me to just move along and stop talking. I feel bad for him as I do everyone in this broken world right now, but unfortunately after my experience with this "Store Manager" ... it was enough that I will not return to this store. I do find that the CVS stores in Santa Clarita are much more friendly and do not have a "chip" on their shoulder. They are kind and helpful.

The tall skinny old dude with the greasy hair that works the front counter is quite rude. He's rude in person and even more rude on the phone. Sorry you're working at Rite bud but you have nobody to blame but yourself. Cheer up, life's too short to treat people the way your treat them.

Friendly and helpful pharmacy staff and store is generally clean and organized. All Rx's filled and ready whenever I pop in or hit the drive-through.

I have used the pharmacy for about a year now and most of my transaction were fine. However, when the pharmacy provided me with one month of my prescription instead of the usual three (they billed for 3 months) it created a very challenging situation. I brought the error to their attention and let them know I'd need a refill, they said they gave me three, I told them I received one, I didn't want to fight it on the spot so I went home to check, I searched several times but ultimately I take this daily so I keep it in the same place. I call to explain I only received one and that I need a refill. They say I have to pay out of pocket since insurance won't cover it for another week. I explain my insurance will cover it if Rite Aid rebills correctly (bills for 1 instead of 3 since that is what I received). I had to speak to every single person who worked there, I was left on hold for over 40 minutes, I was interrupted countless times, and each person who spoke to me was more rude than the person before. If they didn't want to talk to me anymore they just out me on hold to wait for someone else to pick up the phone and have me explain all over again. They refused to rebill saying it would be fraudulent, despite the fact that I only received one in my stapled shut prescription package...on Thursday they asked if I wanted them to order so it could be refilled at a later date, I said yes, received a notification that it had been ordered, just to call back the next day and find out they hadn't ordered it. Everyone I spoke to was rude and refused to let me complete a sentence. Ultimately they refused to help me and said they'd only talk to my insurance if my insurance called them directly and told them how to correct the error. I am beyond confused how there is no process in place for when they or their systems make an error. Essentially I am without my prescription now for several days which will cause several symptoms to flare that are managed by this prescription.

I am surprised this Rite Aid doesn't have more star ratings. I was there last night and Ray and Tammy were so friendly and helpful. In today's world, it was nice to be reminded that customer service is alive and well (even in a corporate company).

Your pharmacy is aweful. The pharmacist was rude and ignorant. Trying to tell me you cannot look up an rx number from a different location. That is bullsh@@. Seeing I called 2 locations prior. I don't go here and never will was for my father in law and was out of meds. Very angry and pissed. No wonder your reviews are terrible.

This review is for the pharmacy. Rite aid needs to invest in training their pharmacy technicians and pharmacists at this location. I received my first covid vaccine last month, and was automatically given an appt for my second covid vaccine. I needed to make my appointment at a later date than originally scheduled due to schedule conflicts. I was able to reschedule for two days after my original appointment. The day prior to my appointment, I received a phone call from Rite Aid Pharmacy informing me that they would be able to take me today for my second vaccine. I informed them I wasn't in town, and thanked them for the offer, but I would be keeping my appointment for the next day. The representative on the phone then said "Well, we don't have any vaccines on Sunday, I don't know how they scheduled you on a Sunday. We can give you a call on Tuesday, but I hope you answer your phone because you don't have a voicemail." Those were literally her exact words. Not sure why she would think I don't have a voicemail, but fun fact- I do. There was no apology from her. The best part is that I did get a call from them on Tuesday...at 7:35PM. The representative that called me was nicer than the first representative, but said they could take me on Wednesday at 3:00. I politely told her she could proceed with canceling any future appointments. Luckily, I found another awesome pharmacy that didn't have the rudeness factor. The simple fact is that if they truly didn't give vaccines on Sunday, then people shouldn't be scheduled on that day. If it really was a system error, then own it and apologize. Don't get mad at the customer for something that is way beyond their control. 2 stars because my first vaccine experience here was okay; at least the pharmacist was nice. Get your vaccine elsewhere if you can.

Extremely poor excuse for a Rite Aid. Very rarely write negative reviews but I can tell you from a customer service standpoint this place needs some changes. Additionally I have some context to provide as my home Rite Aid on Soledad goes above and beyond for their patients, though this one seems flustered at the slightest stress test with patients in line. The store is aesthetically appealing versus others, though I will give it that.
