I have used this company for tire service and automotive, I was satisfied with every step of the process. They shuttled me home and back to pick up my car. Allowing me to wait in the comfort of my home. I once needed help outside of auto service ( assembling wheelchair) I asked if they could help and I was told right away to bring it in. Within an hour or so I was told it was assembled and ready for pick up. This co has impressed me in more ways than one. Thank you Fred and company.

Our car broke down coming down off the grapevine on a Friday. They were very kind and fit us in their schedule. They did a diagnostic and made sure to get our car fixed in a timely fashion so we were were able to get home and it did not impact our getting back to work. They also paid attention to detail and our car now runs like new! They also had great customer service ?

Highly recommend! I've been coming here for 10 years and trust Fred and his techs with all my cars. I've never had them offer anything that was not completely necessary. Fast service and a fair price.

Love this shop. Saul is the man. So glad I found these guys. A AAA guy from Lions recommended them when his preferred shop was closed. Very grateful. Saul takes care of all my vehicles now.

TRULY, the best auto repair shop in the SCV Valley, and for that matter southern CA. I have an older car, and it's a unique journey when things go wrong. Fred, Saul, and his entire staff are amazing, kind, and thoughtful, and the best part, they are fair, and have integrity. They worked above and beyond to make my car safe for my son, and me. Their knowledge is beyond measure, and I am forever grateful, and blessed to have people that care! Thank you all for all you do!!!!!!!!!!!!

The ONLY auto service shop I trust anywhere around here!!!My Dad got me turned into Ride-Way a few years back, and I will never go anywhere else now!He is extremely meticulous about taking care of the family cars, and who he trusts to work on them and work with. To me, and I think most people are the same way...finding a trustworthy and reliable and honest auto place is like finding a dentist or doctor you trust.I have always found it very difficult to find one that I completely trust to tell me what issues are actually relevant/necessary, instead of just expecting a long list of services and repairs that "need" to be done that seem to come from a computer read out, and with prices that always make you feel like you have been taken advantage of. Ride-Way is a family-owned business, and it shows in the way they operate and take care of their customers.Saul and Fred (son and father) have always been a pleasure to interact and work with. They are always friendly, efficient, honest to the "T" (which has ALWAYS been my main concern with other shops in the past)...****And, they are always extreme fair and reasonable with the pricing for their services!!!I very rarely give Yelp reviews, but I really wanted to help them by giving my genuine opinion of their work and their character. Had problems with my AC. Went to the dealership and 2 hrs later they found my compressor was bad. Unfortunately part was on back order and they had no idea when the part would be available. Found Ride-Way Auto Service on Yelp. Not only were they able to find the part; they were able to do the job in a few hours at a reasonable price. Very happy with their work.

The stars are awarded to the young staff members who consistently make an effort to provide excellent customer service and assistance. However, there seems to be an issue with the older gentleman, who I assume is the owner. It's important for him to realize that being rude is not an effective way to attract customers. I've been a loyal customer for years, but my last interaction with him was the last straw. I genuinely enjoy the place and appreciate the rest of the staff, but dealing with him leaves me feeling upset, and I don't want to feel that way anymore. As a result, I decided to find a new place to frequent. Perhaps he was just having a bad day, and others may have had better experiences, but based on my encounters, I cannot recommend dealing with him.

Family owned, provided drop off and ride home. They are good mechanics, always pleasant and give fair pricing. They service vehicle in a timely manner.

Where do I start? Fred the owner is honest and a sympathetic guy. My car needed some serious work. After the initial sticker shock, I did some homework and found he was very fair. I had his shop do the work. This 2008 Hyundai drives like a new car. The parts and service are top notch, they offer shuttle service and all the free water you can drink. I'm very pleased with this shop.

Great service, very fair pricing, and they'll even give you a ride back home with their shuttle. These guys do not try to cheat you, and they even pointed out MAJOR MECHANICAL issues that the local autonation Chevy Dealership did to my wife's car. These guys pointed out that the autonation service tech's did not tighten ANY of the bolts that held down the engine or the transmission in my wife's car after they (chevy) replaced them. All we went in for here was an oil change, and these guys found a ton of problems. The chevy dealership left a huge leak in her oil system, causing tons of oil residue to collect on the undercarraige. Then, to make sure my wife knew they were telling her the truth, the put the car up into the air and walked my wife around to point out all of the issues they were mentioning, to her, so that she could take her own pictures and take the car back to autonation chevrolet for their horrible service. RIde Way even provided my wife with a technical printout of all of the problems they found, in "mechanic-talk", to give proof of what ride-way found. These guys are great.I have had my car serviced there multiple times. I'm even going back there again tomorrow for them to give my car a complete once-over, before I go on a long road trip next weekend.Trust these guys work, they are great.
