Been searching hi and low on the web for a motorcycle seat for my bike. Finally after a couples years i decided to flip through the search bar and find out if someone could re-upholster it. A new or used seat I was looking at 200-600 dollars. I found Ricardo's and brought it in. He gave me a quote which I though was a little high so he immediately came down to what I wanted to pay. Regardless of the amount here is where it all made the difference. As soon as I showed up he treated me like he knew me for years! His customer service was second to none! Customer service doesn't exist anymore and it's a big deal to me. I was actually taken back a bit on how I was treated by not only him but his son...meaning I haven't received that kind of attention and kindness from a business in decades! He's the other reasons why I felt good about what I paid. The quality of craftsmanship was impeccable! The seat not only looked brand new but the stitch made it stronger and looked better than factory! Not to mention he did it in a couple of hours! Quality! Craftsmanship! Customer service! All above and beyond the rest. So glad I found this shop!

Ricardo is a very nice and knowledgeable man. His attention to detail and help saved me money from having to go elsewhere since the car interior he fixed is a Mercedes model not made anymore. I’m thankful to have found him and would recommend him.

Ricardo is terrific! Stopped by for an estimate to have my front seats cleaned. He took his time (away from a job he was in the middle of) to explain to me the best way to go about what I needed. No up-sell, in fact, he gave me a temporary fix until I could come back for the more involved work to be completed. I'll be back. Great guy!

The son quoted a price over the phone when called and when I got there, the father said "we never quoted you a price like that." Instead of honoring the price the son gave to keep the customer, they rather lose them. There ya have it folks! Business 101!

Ricardo is the best. Very friendly and helpful. Took our truck over for a window issue that no one could fix without a full replacement. We only needed the seal. He hopped in the truck and fixed it within a couple minutes. Asked about a seat repair and gave us a great suggestion.

A grand experience! I needed the original headliner and armrest cover replaced in my 2006 Honda. I called many places but found Ricardo's the closest and actually the best price . The work was done over 6 hours. My car was returned to me very clean and it almost looked brand new considering the original 16 year old upholstery ( I take very good care of my car) . Ricardo treats women very well, while there I observed him interacting with two other ladies, we were treated with respect and I believe charged a fair and honest price for the work we requested. I will return to Ricardo for whatever upholstery service I require . I'm working on building a booster seat for my dog that I will take to Ricardo for upholstery to match my car's interior.... Very positive and great work!
